When you stay in this hotel for a long time, you will see that the service quality will decrease. if you are a company employee this hotel will not make you feel good and comfortable

New hotel, equipment are very good and high quality. Rooms are clean and well fitted out. Bed was comfortable, staff very kind and professional, an improvement is needed on the breakfast and restaurant. In overall it was one of the best hotels in Senegal. Good continuation.

Nice rooms, Friendly staff! The issue which was disturbing was that they allowed an Adult Party to blast loud music from Sunday night through Monday 01:45 morning. Then hotel workers started working utilizing tools around 0700 Monday morning. The Hotels lack of consideration for other paying customers is troubling, and does not entice individuals to want to return. Its a simple fix!

The restaurant is really expensive.terrace and swimming pool area are neglected,mosquitoes bite you many times,hospitality is good but could be better,

The hotel takes bookings from Booking.com and they confirm reservation until you arrive and get told its fully booked. It was late in the evening, and I was told to get a taxi to another nearby hotel. Worst service of my life!! Plot twist, British nationals I worked with got 2 rooms the next day!

We dined here a few times during our 2 week stay in Thies. The food was exceptional each time. As I’m gluten intolerant I always ordered the Senegalese dish of grilled chicken with rice and onion sauce (which is more like carmelized onions). My husband had the lasagna, tabouli and a beef dish on separate occasions. Each dish was consistently outstanding. They serve red, rose nearly white wine by the glass, plus offer beer and a Full bar. The interior dining room is formal (and air conditioned) and the outside pool area is quiet, more private and pleasant for evening dining.

The hotel is really very nice and I didn't think a place like this existed in Senegal! It is just very far from the airport, but then, in Senegal everything, apart from the really upmarket hotels, are really very far from the airport. The staff are extremely nice and helpful and everybody we had contact with speak English as well as French.

especially the staff who are on duty for breakfast should remember that the guests stay by paying money, they have an attitude as if they are working hard.
