Terrible attitude at the reception. Slow doesn’t cover their speed. The waiting time was hellish. One star for them is courtesy

Poor service, the doctors are incompetent lack of experience and ignorant , I can't even recommend a first aid emergency

It has a clean environment and the Doctors here are super friendly... To add on it the treatment is affordable and soft and hood care is given.

Arrogant front desk, incompetent nurses and doctors! Worst of all, there's no doctor patient discretion and privacy. How do you go sharing that so and so patient has lost a baby to other hospital staff? It's so humiliating! May Karma hit where it pains most!

I went there to take my baby and I was under nhif cover at the time I did not have a hard copy of the principle but a soft copy I did have the copies of the rest.the receptionist there refused to have my baby treated I went home luckily I found one so I returned to the hospital .I had been to the same hospital two days a go so iwas sure the had the same copies that close by.what made me mad was that the patient who came after me under rhe same cover did not have a single document not even an id yet was treated.the most distubing part was that the receptionist since I didnot have the card number with me went to where the keep the nhif looked for mine and wrote the card number.I was treated yes as that receptionist was giving me medicine igessed she was handing both she told me make sure even my neighbor has those copies.

Worst hospital especially for delivering they were forcing me to have a CS. The nurses were so bad and unqualified. Go at you own risk! They are all about money not your health i was so disappointed with this hospital.

Good doctor and friendly nurses but very arrogant receptions. Waiting time was hellish I didn't understand how no.31 was ahead of no.21. I wouldn't recommend anyone who needs an emergency service.

The lady at the reception she has a very bad attitude. If she is not willing to serve people she should just let those willing to serve have a chance. She has a very negative energy.
