    Nice calm place. you can see elephant here as usual.The total dam length to approximately 3.9 km. The dam is also used for hydroelectric power generation.

    Lovely location and breath taking atmosphere. When i went there it was dried up. But love to see this giant

    A nice scenic place/a viewpoint to see the tank. There an elephant who often comes near the dam and asks for food. Best to visit in the morning.

    A Place you can easily travel by bus. You can get off the bus at the dam. Udawalawe Dam is a pretty amazing reservoir to see in both wet & dry season.
