One of the worst shops in the Chalai market. Customer service is very poor, staff behaviour is also very very worst. Poor quality products... Don't waste your time and money to buy products from this shop.

A one-go place for kitchen appliances and accessories. Though they have all the accessories, don’t have a customer friendly assistance. Many have no idea about what they have in the store. I bought a manual chappathi maker and ended up with a paint mixed chappthi making due to the castiron paint constantly tearing out into the dough. They were not able to understand the adverse effects of consuming the paint and saying that lot of people are buying it. Later after few minutes of debating I got a replacement refund for any other accessories in the store. I’m not saying that all of the accessories is bad but if you could choose properly It has lot of useful kitchen accessories.

They have a great collection of kitchen utensils , glass wares , quality plastic items and other house hold items and they are a household name and has been in this business for more than 40 years .

Very bad customer service. They are treating the customers very pathetically. Teach the employee to behave properly with customer. Employees not answering any queries and they are minding there on business on mobiles during job time. Overall very very bad experience. Surely will not visit this Shop anymore.

Went to repair my mixer grinder jar... But, they told me, it can't be repaired, but could replace them... Not the branded jar was replaced, but it does the job... Had to pay ₹320... No parking space, as the shop is in a narrow lane... So, no complaints about that... Recommend going here in a two wheeler... They got wide variety of crockery items, such as dinner sets, plastic buckets, gas stoves etc...

The store has a wide variety of utensils but the staff especially the one who handle repair and are there for helping us with utensils are not at all customer friendly once you r there to return ur purchased goods.I went to return two things one was defective dosa kallu and another a mixer jar that was not fitting my grinder.The person at the repair section wouldn't take it back and asked me to bring the grinding machine in order to make sure what I said was true.The person taking the dosa kallu said it is my fault that the kallu was a crack .The crack was visible once I heated the kallu .Imagine I had purchased both the items just 1 day before.I had to argue with them and still didn't get my money back but had to purchase goods worth the same amount ie Rs 1300.Very horrible and uncivilized staff.But one person the cashier was polite and helpful the only good part in that whole shopping experience.

Good place for all your kitchenware like kadais which are available in Aluminium, steel and with anodised coating. Also a wide variety of plates (steel and other), glasses, wine glasses, lunch boxes, non stick utensils and pans along with cutlery. They also have good collection of floor mats .table mats and table cloths are also available. Flasks, plastic bottles and plastic containers are available. They also have stools, chairs,buckets for different purposes etc. They have a cooker maintenance section which always seems to be crowded
