It was a good experience in Lulu Mall. Best in Thiruvananthapuram. Houses a Hyper Market, Fun Experience Center along with many many shops and a massive food court. It was a brilliant experience to shop, play and dine. The variety and space makes it a nice experience. There are few specific things I liked: Prayer Space, Indian commode in restroom, EV charging station (commercial), Indoor & outdoor parking, being friendly to autos unlike many other malls, and more.

If you're rich enough, you can afford these, but good thing is you get guarantee and loyalty points, etc. Food court also spacious and to some extent varieties of food stall. Crowded. There are a lot of people wandering aimlessly within the mall. The supermarket is crowded and billing takes time. Effective crowd management is necessary. There is parking fee involved. If parking is charged how else will people come to the mall? Parking is a basic facility that must be provided free of cost. Over all its a painful experience. Parking fee must be waived up on display of shopping bills.

What a mall! I did feel it's well planned and the layout is much better than Cochin and Bangalore. They had just completed 2 years but it was properly maintained and hygienic. You can find the top brands both Indian and international here for your shopping needs. The food court has a wide variety of options and multiple cuisines. The indoor play area for kids was definitely another level. Age appropriate games were there for kids and adults alike. Definitely a must visit to spend time with family and friends.

I have been few malls in the most parts of the country. This one is little different since it's constructed newly. Pros. 1) Well setup parking experience with all digital. 2) Nice compact parking. 3) Seating spaces available in all the floors. 4) Nice variety of options. Cons: 1) Flooring is an issue with more the time we spend will result in knee issue. 2) Placement of escalator and lift can be better.

Very accessible by public transport, and has ample seating at regular intervals for senior citizens. Has almost all top brands and the infamous lulu hypermarket. Lulu has soo many ready to eat foods and spread of most imported items you’ll find in India. Affordable, cheap, quality goods! It’s almost always packed! Play area is in the top floor along with the food court.

I was really impressed with the lulu mall Thiruvananthapuram. This is by far the best mall in Trivandrum. There is a great selection of stores and food. It is well laid out and very clean. The developers of the lulu should be proud of their accomplishment. They have now set the standard for shopping centers in The Capital City.

The mall is spacious and definitely largest in Trivandrum. But the crowd now is too high that you can't really enjoy the experience. Parking area, food courts, play area - everything is spacious. Nearly 40-50% shops are yet to be opened. The lighting is real good and attractive. They have good offers and discounts for lot of branded items now. Overall it would have been a good experience with lesser crowd.

The BBQ nation outlet in Lulu is kind of like an in between - not the best yet above average. I personally liked the options and the staff who served me - Mr. Chandra - was extremely polite and listening to all our requirements. The ambience and seating, I felt, was top notch. Yet, I found that the managerial staff need to improve in the service and overall management.

Very slow & poor service. The managerial or supervisory staff are the problem. The guys who serve are OK. But managerial/supervisory staff have no professionalism. Don’t know how to respect private space. They are literally in your face when they talk… also they don’t have a payment system where it accepts all types of cards. The management really have to retrain them on guest etiquette or replace them with better supervisors/managers

Great mall. The hypermarket is without equal. There is also no parking charge after the tvm corp acted against it. There are movie theatres and food courts inside the premises. There are all usual mall chains like soch or Westside inside.

One of the largest malls in the country. Freshly established. Businesses are slowly opening up. The rates are a bit high. Play section for the kids is definitely the best attraction of the place. But the traffic blocks around the mall is a bit annoying factor. With a better development of infrastructure facilities around the mall and establishment of more business the mall will surely be one of the top quality malls in the world. Biggest shopping experiance. Lot of brands to choose from. It is vast! Like many of the comments mentions, saw many people without masks. I am not sure if security can do anything about it. Anyone who go to crowded place should decide so! Please dont take little kids to such crowded place. They stick a patch with phone number over kid's dress, which is good. Parking is free for 2 months. If you want to shop peacefully, i suggest to wait.

Really nice place to hangout and for shopping. The staff were really cooperative, polite and friendly. Places are Kept Neat and tidy. There are lots of rides in Funtura. Variety of VR rides can be seen. The neon lighting are just wow around here. Food and food court kept simple and have large area. Cleaning are consistant and on time.

Looks not very big... Length mall is little bit long .. it's contains only 3 floors .. ground floor contains hyper market... First floor contains electronic items ( prize is high ) second floor contains Men's brand company dress ( very rare case initial prize to buy a shirt 1600rs+ ) & & third floor contains games and theatres and food court.

Max and lulu fashion store are the open stores affordable to middle class. Only 40 percentage of the shops are open. Expecting to see 'The Lulu Mall' when all the shops are open and fully functional.

The best car parking experience ever neatly and well maintained and also more than enough staff to guide, The gaming zone was just wow and the hypermarket is awesome deals from pin to plane everything is available there and the food court is much better but there's not enough space to dine in we have to carry the food and look for the seats that was worst it's the main drawback of the mall. Lulu Trivandrum is the largest shopping mall in India.it's located at Akkulam, on NH-66 bypass.Being the largest indoor entertainment zone in the country the mall has 6 lane bowlling alleys,VR zone, roller coaster .In addition to the Lulu fashion store, hypermarket many other outlets of various international brands like Starbucks, KFC, McDonald, Tissot,Puma, Gosport, Swiss Time House..etc are there. 2500 seater food court comes with a 1000ft long glider circulating the court which is nice to watch.Lulu tvm has a parking facility for around 4000 vehicles supported by 8 floors of the multilevel car park.More brands and outlets are yet to come. It's really worth visiting 👍.

Great place to shop with a wide range of brands and lot of options to explore for dining. I was also suprised to Find Karim's Restaurant at the food court. I ve been a big fan of Karim's at Delhi.

It's nice to look around 🙂. But the main thing I did not like was walking around in the crowd. It is a nice place, lots of offers are there for all the items (electronics, grocery, clothes etc.). The food court and their dishes were amazing but it was too expensive compared to others . The FUNTURA (the play area) was awesome and the rides were amazing. Especially the train it was so scary and funny too. It is a best place to visit with your family.

A place for families to spend time and their hard earned money without any remorse .... The food court is absolutely filled with all known brand outlets... But be careful how u bundle up the orders...some do try to rip you off... By selling the least value product at the highest price.. which happened to me at Dindigul Thalappakatti outlet.... I have to say i literally got ripped off....... By buying a bucket..... Which was not enough for 2 adults let alone was marked up as enough for 3...... So guys please buy individual plates... Don't fall for their bucket story.....

Service and staffs are very polite, bathrooms and floors are very neat and clean. Parking area which have separate ev sections at a time around 4000 cars can park.
