Consistent delicious food, in a cafe reminiscent of European bistros. Beautiful ambience, woodwork and hospitality is good. Great desserts, consistent in taste, quantity has come down with time. Salads, hamburgers have been good. Mixed seafood platter is another great dish. Parking might be tedious.

Nice place to dine in with family and friends. They offers varieties of tasty dishes. Price little bit high. Great ambiance.

With great ambience and great service, located at kuruvankonam. A nice location to spend time with family, friends or loved ones. There menu offers a lot of varieties .

Neat packing. A bit expensive but worth the money. Tasty food. Especially the patty in the burger was very juicy and really good.

Upper Crust could up their game by a mile. The burger we ordered was very cheesy,but bland 🍔 Penne arabiata pasta was good. Nothing special 🍝 Full marks for presentation of food and ambience 🍂

The dishes were exquisite. Spanish Omlette had that tangy taste and was rich enough. Mexican Alfredo pasta had the perfect texture and served hot. Don't expect the BBQ burger to be juicy as its tasty but a bit raw. Better to order one by one so that you can have it hot enough. Their service was simply great and authentic.

Another place in Trivandrum that almost always gives super consistent food that’s tasty with good portion size. Some of the really good things I have had are: Seafood chowder soup, Caesar chicken salad, mixed seafood grill (which is really good) and the chocolate-coffee drink. They have a dessert bar as well, you can simply pop over to the counter and choose a desert of your choice they have assorted pastries, variants of cheese cake, etc. The sandwiches are really great as well.

Update 15/01/2023. A place where you spent more time waiting for your order to arrive than eating it. Have been here quite a few times since I reviewed it last. It continues to be a great place for food and I think they keep adding new items in the menu. The service is good, however I think the waiters could smile. Most of them keep a grim face which could be worked upon. The other thing is if your are hungry, you shouldn't come here. The serving takes place after at least 15 to 30 minutes of the order. The last time we went, it took almost 30 minutes for the order to come. Their reasoning is it is prepared fresh; after my visit to Pondicherry, I'm convinced great food can be served within a short time. So here it is, the rating is still 4 because it does have the upscale fine dining feel and the food is good. Update ends. Perfect place for continental fine dining. They have a very small limited menu, so you know they are really completely into what they are doing. The desserts are in a different league altogether. It's a must try. The seating capacity is limited, so you may have to do a reservation.

The ambience was good, the food was good. It would have been better if you could avoid sugar syrup in the smoothie and even the lemon iced tea was a bit sugary. Apart from that a nice place to hang out with family and friends.. (:

Located in a prime area this eatery boasts dishes with all sorts of names and tastes. The taste part is generally good. The ambience and the crowd is fairly upper crest. There is parking for about two cars with ample space on the road. Generally getting space to park would be a task during hours in the evening.

Nice ambience and good service, however the foods were average. I had beef stroganoff and paprika potatoes. It was a little expensive but taste was average. Good thing about the place is in prime location.

A nice place for date night or a night out with the family. Ordered the salmon steak and beef medallion. Both were delicious especially the beef. It is very rare to find properly cooked beef steak in Trivandrum. The cold coffee was also very tasty. Parking is a little difficult here as it can get crowded. Cash, card and gpay is accepted here. Price is slightly on the higher side but worth it. Service is prompt and polite. Highly recommended!

We loved the Beef medallion . Shrimp pasta was also great, though a bit heavy due to the cheese. For desserts we tried - Japanese torte (coffee+white chocolate : similar to Tiramisu but I liked this better than the Tiramisu's I have tried); and Pistachio with raspberry - they were refreshing.

I had brunch here with my niece. I had chicken fajita with a tortilla and an espresso. The fajita was on the sweeter side with a taste of ketchup, otherwise ok. My niece had an Irish cream cappuccino and a smoked salmon sandwich which were nice. Everything is on the costlier side.

Myself and my family was so thrilled after eating at upper crust..we will definitely visit them on our coming vacation. The best part is they don't charge for their fresh water. Very neat and friendly environment. Visited many times on our vacation 😌 just love the place. it's really warm and will food will enhance ur mood for sure.. fully air-conditioned.

Tried the Veg Burger. Atrocious! I dont know if it was because the veggies were burned or because thats what it actually tastes like, but it was horrible. Didnt even eat the whole thing after paying Rs 300 for a Veg Burger. Great ambience. Thats for sure.

One of the nicer cafe restaurants in Trivandrum where you have an interesting menu and the food is quite good. I came for a quick lunch, need to explore the other items soon. Parking in this area is getting to be a challenge

Good quantity. Bit on the pricey side. Good service. Maybe not order the potato mash? Coz it came in a huge casserole and we tried so hard to finish it but failed.

This Shop contains multiple businesses in one building. Supermarket , bakery and restaurant.Supermaket and Bakery are very large.They do have a good collection of necessary items I believe.Different types of breads,sweets, chocolates,ice creams, juices and much more.You can get mostly anything here. The restaurant, it's on the expensive side. They have a variety of food items , you can get the menus from online in think. The food we tried were pasta,tikka,soup,bread, fried rice and chicken curry. All of these were very good and tasty.You can surely try these. The ambience is really good. The only thing I found a flaw in was customer service and satisfaction. The manager or head of all the waiters, the guy who collected the cash , I am not sure which title is with him but that guys was very rude and it was like he wanted us to leave.The service of the waiters very good.But this guy was not at all behaving nice.Overall all the good experience we got , got spoiler by this guy.

There is no Italian special food. I ordered a classic grill, but when it came it was like a chicken gravy.Be careful when ordering, sometimes bringing what is not ordered,The food is good, No Variety Italian dishes .Cream mushroom chicken soup was good for me. Parking available, cash and card acceptable.

This place exceeded my expectations. Being a global foodie, I can vouch for this place to fellow foodies. Tried beef bourguignon which although different from traditional taste, was amazing. My son also loved it. Also had the best dark chocolate mocha frappe from here. Passion fruit mojito was basic. Death by chocolate pastry was great too. Not to mention the cozy ambiance and good staff. Must visit.
