Always a delight to be here. Ever sprawling with chicken lovers, it is the first KFC in Trivandrum. Orders are usually fast, but occasionally a little sluggish. Staff are pretty responsive and quick to act. While it is facing opposition from all the uprising innovative bistros and cafés, it still survives owing to its trademark product. On the whole, their chickens and longers are totally worth one’s while, but never their drinks, French fries and desserts. A glass of pepsi (approx 300ml) would cost you as much as a two-litre large pepsi bottle from a supermarket. So keep aloof from those and go for their burgers and snackers.

This KFC outlet at the city centre is of very fine quality. Delivery was super fast.

Yes the usual KFC, the crispy chicken and their burgers 🍔❤️. I always order their combo meals which is usually the best deals. Spacious area crowded during the peak hours. Street parking is available.

Good food, good service. Hot and crispy chicken didn't quite live up to it's name, though so that was a little disappointing. The chicken was crispy and tender, but it was not hot. The chicken pops were very flavourful and nice but had a strong taste of MSG. French fries were soft and not crispy, was uncooked. Service was good and the restaurant was clean.

Parking is a problem.. spacious restaurant.. customer management need improvement

Today visited this KFC store. Met a very arrogant staff of KFC "Ananthu Nath". He was using bad words and asked me to get out. A very bad mannered creature. This is the second time he is making issues. Disturbing the peace of all people there. A mental hospital required person.

A Water theme based KFC, first of its kind in the world. Gets flooded instantly the moment it rains outside. A franchise too poor to change the price board. Needs some crowd funding to update the board i guess. I ordered a two piece chicken meal whose price is written as ₹195 on the board and ₹205 on the bill. While I corrected them that i didn't order 2 piece of choice they confessed that the price board is outdated. Again a unique experience. Keep going strong boys. Edit: oh forgot to mention! Their beverage machine is out of order but they will be happy to serve you almost hot pepsi can without prior intimation

This KFC franchise is located inside the QRS Mall Square... Max and QRS are also at the same building... I have tasted KFC very few times... Maybe because, it is certainly overpriced, like other brands like Chicking and McDonald's... They taste yummy, but the common man can't have them every day because of the price... This is the biggest KFC franchise in Trivandrum... You can have a variety of chicken dishes such as broasted chicken, burgers, rice bowls, etc. and other branded beverages, which is also overpriced as hell... Faster service... Keeping their quality, which was created 75 years ago and still finger-lickin' good... Overall service of the franchise is very good... You can also buy takeaways... You will get the best offers on Wednesdays... The business hours are from 11am to 11pm... They accept, cash, card or mobile wallets... There is dedicated parking for two-wheelers in the front and for others, there is lower ground floor parking...

I've been visiting this KFC for a long time now and yeah, it's a fine place to dine in. The aesthetics have been improved over the years and there are a good amount of tables for occupancy. They do follow the covid protocols too. The food is fine, but, it's losing its great taste over the years. Yet, it's still a fine dine.

Ordered one extra hot and cripy chicken since we thought 2 is not enough.Paid 99 rupees for that single piece but You guys gave a small one.What kind of business trick is that.Very disappointed.Also staffs are not attentive and customer friendly.

KFC provides a warm atmosphere with tasteful decor. A good dining experience is guaranteed by the efficient service. The eatery offers tasty meals made with fresh ingredients.

Not tidy. Food waste was on every table and no one was there to clean it. The restaurant was a mess. Well the making and serving was very fast, but served the wrong one and he was not aware of it.

Please always check the parcel ordered before leaving the counter. If you open after reaching home, you will find some items missed in the parcel which is even paid. So don't think about self esteem at restaurant because they know how to fool Gentlemen

I was not from that place and i didn't even know the language and as my mobile was not having any charge and i had a bus to catch after 2 hours , I asked an employee to help me with the situation. I ordered zinger meal which tasted fresh and fries were crisp and well seasoned. A person helped me with my situation too and told me to stay as long as I want to. His name was Sooraj and he was very generous to me.

Very poor standards. Last week I'd personally met the manager and had complained about the poor standards & poor quality of food. They've repeated it again today & see the size of chicken pieces delivered. Sad state of affairs indeed. Wake up KFC.

Everyone loves KFC. Yeah the shop is best. Friendly staffs and good hygiene ecosystem. Loved it.

Usually not so crowded, but due to Onam it was quite crowded and wait time was rather high. 30+ mins to get popcorn & didn't have rice either. Prices have gone up as well. But the last time it was not as crowded.

Was good. Staff's have the patient to listen our order. Give time to select our menu. Make arrangement and have helping attitude.

Items were missing in order. When asked for explanation store supervisor (who was unwilling to disclose his name) was bluffing. Pieces were hard&uncooked. Lastly the original flavour and taste was totally missing. Had a very very bad experience. If possible please avoid this store.

Review as on 26/11/22. There is no dine-in. The place is under renovation and yet they are running the take away just for looting customers. The classic zinger burger was the most terrible one i've ever had. It only had fried chicken and ordinary mayo and even the bun was of poor quality. Also bought peri peri fried chicken 5pc and it had no flavour whatsoever. Only good thing was that it was crispy. Very much disappointed with the meal. I am actually having food from here after a long time and they used to serve really good food back then(before covid). Better to avoid this outlet untill all the work is completed.

Really spacious, loved the food, well it's KFC so they kept the standards. Not crowded but there's too many reserved seats so if it gets crowded you might have trouble finding a seat. All in all its a great place for family outing or a date or even with friends.

The zinger burger and stripes were dope 🔥 But the French fries tasted so lame ,like i guess they made it in old oil 💀.

KFC at Trivandrum ,MG is the worst KFC i ever experienced..Have u seen their wash area , we can't stand even outside ..When come to Service, such an arrogance for the billing staff and delivery boys ..The issue s no responsible person s there to address to monitor or address the issues , handled by these worse boys , this MG road franchisee s a shame for this international brand .
