Max is a fashion hub to satisfy the clothing needs of your entire family. They have very good stocks, great designs and excellent collection of clothing materials. They have very good collection for kids. They also have a footwear section for all age groups.The clothing materials are also of very good quality. The prices of clothes are very reasonable with additional discounts on selected items which are under any promotional offers. The staff are polite and well behaved. They accept both cash and card payments. They also have loyalty program and upon every purchase points gets added up which can be redeemed upon maturity. They have good parking facility at the basement with security staff to guide you with empty parking lot. The only drawback shopping with MAX is that even upon doing a heavy purchase they will charge you for carry bags which is poor unworthy gesture from the customer point of view. This poor behaviour by the management is prevalent only in MAX India whereas in other countries like Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, UAE they provide carry bags as it mandatory by the laws of the country to provide free parking and carry bags for customers. If they could rectify this MAX India would be providing the very best shopping experience for its loyal customers.

Best quality cotton clothes for kids. Nice service from the staffs and all All accessories available from toys, barbies, shoes and dresses... Am a frequent customer cause of the plain and comfy tops I get here. Keep up your good collection of jeans and tops. Add dresses for size for teens and adult also, not only for kids.. This place is divided into 4 floors from ground to 3rd floor. ground floor is for women's ethnic wear, Here you can find good variety in women's ethnic wear like so many varieties in kurtas and suits. Entire ground floor is dedicated to kurta and churidar suits which accounts to good collection overall. 1st floor is women's western wear. Collection is of good quantity but lacks quality and have lots of old collection. Not much latest collection here. 2nd floor is kids wear ranging from 0 to 8 years. 3rd floor is men's wear. Mens collection needs lots of dedication and improvements. I am seeing same collection from last 2 years.

Lot of collections ,very good customer behaviour

Always my first choice whenever i think of buying cute stuffs for my cutie leo and my friends / relatives kids ❤️.Wide range (variety ) of high quality shoes, dresses, assessories with very affordable ( very looow prices), pocket friendly.Colour doesn't fade or threads came out even after so many washes❤️. Highly recommended and won't disappoint 👍.

Bad experience with the staff. I had purchased some dresses from there and the next day they called me and insisted me to check all the items we bought. Even though for billing when there was 3 staffs. They told us that we took some dresses without billing it. The staffs over there are not convenient. They make us buy more by saying if you purchase so and so amount you will get bags. Etc.

Max is a good place to shop with your family. They have good collection of clothing for almost every member of the family. The variety and design of cloths available is limited. One main problem is medium sizes of many good design may not be available all the time. The quality of the materials is ok when compared with the price. Overall a good place to have a quick shop for clothing.

Customer Harassment every time you enter a floor and then they tell you to scan worthless QR codes. While billing also they try their maximum to make us buy their subscription.

They have amazing collection of dresses...each section for women, men and children. It's cost friendly also. They have good parking underground and is usually not so crowded. Good collections but some pieces are sold off faster.

This place has wonderful options for children and women, but I'm not sure about the men's collection.Only demerit is the billing availability in a single floor, which creates a big queue in some peak time

Good store. Variety of clothing. Struggled a bit to find the right size with the design selected. They have limited underground parking for four wheelers (easier to visit with a two-wheeler). Else, better to visit during off-peak. Again, I couldn't find a seat to sit when tired. Aside from a few personal observations cited above, it's a good store with courteous staff.

Decent price. Nice collection for casual dress lovers. Parking spce not enough. Good customer service. Dress and simple ornaments available. It has branches in many towns. It is a very helpful thing.

Great collections. But 1 downside. Non shoppers like me who came to accompany family doesn't have places to sit. Like...not even a stool.

Floor Manager should teach the staff to not lose the customers. We reached pattom Max at 9.45am, looking at their google site that the shop opens at 9am. We were treated with unethical and rude behavior and were asked questions like who let you in!!! Floor manager was giving a speech to his team, but let me tell you he’s an immense failure in his job, as he gave a cold response to what happened!

One of my favorite clothing store wherever I see MAX board I just enter and purchase something. They should give some better offers on clothes that was the only thing I can say as negative

This particular outlet of Max in Pattom in the Capital City of Thiruvananthapuram has a good spread of men's and women's wear, distributed across 4 floors. Though it's situated in a very busy traffic junction, the Outlet has decent number of car & bike parking slots in the basement

Quite good and calm place to buy products.. not at all crowded.. negative side is that they won't accept payment via Google pay or phone pe. Only card and cash payments...

the billing section guys are very fast but the quality of the attender during the process of dress selection is equally disappointing. For Men's there's a wide range of shirts that can be picked but for hoodies and lowers particularly there was none.i hope they will sort this out. The Gist is like coin have 2 sides,Max Trivandrum have good as well as bad sides.
