Neat and well maintained rooms. Mattresses, and the bed making looks like a 4 star class. Situated inside a calm and quiet residential place near kumarapuram. Rent also seems to be affordable and extremely worthy for this rate.

Stayed for 1 Day. Awesome Room... Very clean and tidy...Bathroom was also very clean...friendly staffs... Really liked the stay. But i have faced issues with food service..There was no food service... But i was able to order food from zomato... There are many hotels nearby... The Wi-Fi network was very slow...other than that... Everything was awesome!

Best for value rooms. Clean bathrooms. A bit difficult to navigate to for cars. But that's something that can be overlooked

Absolute value for money! Double bed, AC, TV, wardrobe for 700 a night. Lots of cons however. Car parking is in a crude plot away from guesthouse. Rooms weren't cleaned properly. Small rooms with small bathroom, shower was missing, hand shower was in the wrong place. There was also lots of noise.

Nice place to stay on low budget for a week..with nice facilities and good caring..you will have a AC room with hot water and TV and wifi with 7k for a 7 days...and for transpiration will have bus and auto neraby by walking a 100m and also you can order food from swigy where it will deliver in 25 mints..and the town is 3 or 4km only far from this location..you can go anywhere from here also the mall and places are only 5km around..

A good place for stay, AC is available in all rooms. No parking facility. It is 15 minutes away from Thampanoor but can be reached by bus or auto. To get food, we have to go to Kumarapuram town or order online. The rooms are small but okay for the price.

Nice place to stay and good staff support great food

The room I got was a bit more compact than what I saw in OYO. We need to pay additional for AC rooms. The place is a bit far from Bus station and railway station. There is no near by car parking facility available, atleast not in the guest house premisis. The staff and the service were pleasing.
