I have never before received such incredible customer service and personal attention in buying a car. Not only is my S3 perfect in every way, but my entire experience was truly VIP and made buying from interstate an easy decision without a single concern. Enzo was super friendly and professional; he patiently answered all my questions without being pushy at all. Very rare these days specially in car industry. From the very first call Enzo had my trust and I knew from the beginning that I was in good hands. I flew from Sydney to Melbourne to inspect the car, I was picked up from the airport and what a hospitality at the dealership! The car was delivered to Sydney without a single dent or scratch and surprisingly loaded with lots of gifts which was very generous of Enzo & Peter. Went for a look and some advice on a Q3 and ended up buying the Quattro S line . The salesman Steve was a great guy to deal with and also the Dealership Manager Ray . Very customer focused, making it a great experience.

Nice location. Friendly staff. New building. Not cheapest place to get an Audi. I personally don't like that the service department has it's workers so removed from the vehicle owners that you have no connection with the workers who actually work on your baby/car.

We did not end up buying an Audi, but i still want to recommend this highly commendable dealership. Compared to many other ‘luxury’ dealers out there, this is one of the best. The interactions with Brenda were super easy and straightforward. Test drive experience was smooth and good pricing offered. This was the only dealership that did follow ups through their customer experience team to take feedback on sales team and what can be done to improve the Audi buying experience. Really liked that touch.

The experience at this Audi Centre was surprisingly, and refreshingly, very positive. The Audi S3 that I purchased was perfect and met all my requirements. I'm extremely happy with it. Special thanks to Amelia in particular for being so professional, polite, patient and understanding. I experienced a sense of genuine care here. Any concerns I had was treated seriously. Communications was generally very responsive, informative and detailed. If I were to purchase another Audi in the future, I'd definitely come back here first.

My wife and I must have been invisible as not one of the sales people came to serve us on an Audi A4 we were interested in, even after multiple requests and around 35 mins of waiting around. Poor effort and customer service. Won't be going back
