The first time I got a punctured tire and the staff said it couldn't be repaired, I bought a new one from them. The second time another tire got punctured and they said so again, I decided to try another shop and the tire got repaired perfectly. It makes me no longer trust their professional opinion.

Got my tyres replaced a few weeks ago, had a minor problem weeks later and were very eager to get minor issue fixed and done quickly also. Would highly recommended them to friends and family. We’re a lot cheaper also from other places I had called also.

Got wheel alignment and two new tires. Staff was friendly and listening. I requested shuffling the tires before attaching the new tires, which they complied with. The job was smooth and precise. Love their tire lifesaver program. One thing to note is, request for a wheel alignment report before the job, and perhaps not afterwards.

Easy to book and also diligent in checking that the correct tyres were recommended for my work car. They completed the tyre replacement and wheel alignment efficiently. Service was friendly and professional.

Dropped by a few weeks ago after my mum got her service done as my usual mechanic was closed, brakes were squealing and was unsure so dropped by. The crew was obviously busy, but shout out to Matt (I think his name was) who took time out of his busy day to jump in for a drive with me. I was posted a review 2 months ago, telling my experience when I had the front tyre replaced at MyCar Doncaster East. Today I have booked with MyCar Doncaster (Westsfield) to replace the 2 at the rear tyre, the manager told me they can't find the Lock Nut key and the manage is very helpful helped to call the MyCar Doncaster East to see is the Lock Nut key left in their shop and asked me to go back to the shop to sort this out. When I arrive, the Manager Mark bring out the review and demanding I give them a good comment otherwise he won't help. This is my worse experience ever with this services business. He just blackmail the customer for good review instead to provide good service to era it.

Had all four tyres replaced here and I couldn't be happier with Laurie and the team. Pricing was very reasonable and the service was great. The staff were professional and honest; will definitely be back!

Can't commend them enough. Had loud noise in front of my car whilst driving they were extremely busy but made time to look for me. Fixed problem straight away & wouldn't except any payment. My car got puncture, and I changed was spare wheel. When I hear front staff good service and I pick up my wheel 2 hrs. Quick service great job.

Found a puncture on one of my tyres and I didn't know how to change to a spare so drove it down to mycar Doncaster East where the staff swapped it over for me in no time despite being super busy and without an appointment. The job was done by Alex who was friendly and knowledgeable. For me it was a stressful situation made so much easier by the great service provided.

Really happy with the service. My car needed the brakes done and a service. It was checked and found to have a few issues like all older cars do but everything was explained simply and honestly. The car is now in great shape again. I will be bringing my car here whenever I need a service. I really appreciated the "car needs this you decide" approach no sales pitch just honest. Full quote was given and even offered to break down each item. Just so impressed.

They are honest about what they can and cannot do. They could just done the replacement of the parts I asked for but they let me know it would not necessarily fix the issue. Best experience I have had with a mechanic so far.

Found a Screw in my car tier just before Christmas. Was told to come back afternoon and we will have a look. The Doncaster east team were true to their word fitted me in later that afternoon. Was back on the road later that afternoon with the issue fixed. Highly recommend the team at Doncaster East and wont go any where else.

Had to have emergency repairs done after the car broke down and was towed in at the end of business day. The team at Doncaster were very upfront about how busy they were but managed to get the part replaced in time for pickup at the end of the next day. Had to get it replaced a second time for a bigger problem but again, they managed to do the work despite my not having a booking as a last minute job free of charge and get the car back on the road asap. They were very helpful in advising what the bigger problem could be so I was informed about any future issues in advance should I wish to book a repair properly when they were not as busy. Excellent service and my local go to when in a pinch.
