Love love love this location! This location has everything, great customer service & a very tidy store. I stop here every other day before going to the dog park because of the service and the pleasant staff! They make you feel like you are part of their family! Besides, my steeped tea tastes the same every day. Their customer is top-notch. Even at night they have have everything in stock and fresh. Plenty of parking space and drive-thru moves find. Close to the highway exit.

Fix your attitude. We asked a simple question and you gave us attitude. We asked for sauce that a previous Tim Hortons forgot to put in even though WE DID ask for it so thanks for assuming we didn’t. Hope you enjoy the $2 tip I gave you, hopefully that fixes your rotten behaviour and teaches you to treat people with kindness because you never know who you’re dealing with and what they’re going through.

Very disappointed. I ordered 2 iced coffees; 1 with extra cream and 1 with no sugar. They both had the same amount of cream (they were the exact same colour, no distinction), and I could see the sugar syrup clearly at the bottom of both drinks. I also ordered a crispy chicken craveable; I'm really not sure what I was given instead but see the photos for yourself (definitely not a crispy chicken craveable). I don't like onions, mayo, or processed cheese so the sandwich is just sitting in my fridge 🙃 I was so hungry and the only piece of my order they got right was my donut, so I ate that for my on the go lunch.

We order potato veggies which is like wood my little one can even chew may be they didn’t cook fresh or long time ago. Mens washroom stinks very badly. I just open door for go inside but shut again and feel i will vomit it was really really bad. Very first time i face this type of service 🤮.

In the morning the staff are excellent, happy to be there it seem like. Very friendly. But! In the afternoon, they are miserable don't say "hello how can I help you" instead it's whats your order. Make you repeat it multiple times, and they still GET IT WRONG! They also don't say have a nice day / night like the morning staff do. I've been here multiple time before work and after work it's always the same thing.

I'm becoming quite familiar with the new menu option of the bowls of rice, chicken, and salad... My favorite is the habernero chicken, and I've also gotten the steak one, too...yummy!

It is refreshing to visit a Tim Hortons where the customer service is fantastic. The drive thru was quick and the gentlemen at the window was very friendly and polite!

Terrible Tim's is always out of everything doesn't cut your bagels or sandwiches our bagel didn't even have enough cream cheese to cover it also got ice capp with no cream and chocolate milk was very clearly made woth cream and was fought on it that it was definitly made made correctly went to another Tim's and got it done correctly and you can see the difference like night and day do not go here they are the worst Tim's I've ever been too everytime I stop there

Went there three times this week and only one day did I get the correct order. Very frustrating. I go there and then go to work. I can’t go back to get my order corrected. Plus when I mentioned the first order was wrong, all I got was an “oh ya”. That is the wrong answer. Only when I mentioned that is the wrong answer, then I got a sorry. That was Monday Nov 20, Tuesday my order was perfect. Today Wednesday Nov 22 my order is wrong again. I ordered a sausage belt and received a bacon belt. No offence but I don’t like your bacon. Now I’m at work with no breakfast. So disappointed in that location, unfortunately for me it’s close to my work. Guess I should start eating at home. Even funnier, I did tip them Monday and received the wrong food. Of course I didn’t know that when I tipped. Guess the jokes on me.

Seemingly, the Staff is unable to complete a simple order correctly. Taking the order there were errors, once they were correct on the screen, they still managed to get the order wrong. So not only can they not push the right buttons, they also cannot read.

Excellent drive thru today. And almost always! It's the people with large orders that hold the line up! Especially when they dont know what they want.

On Saturday September 9th. I was in Pelham visiting my family and as I was returning home which is 2 hours east was feeling for a coffee to keep me alert. I stopped by the drive thru. It was 10:55pm. I came to the drive thru window and Monica opened the window to let me know that they are closing. When I told her I had a long trip to drive home and was from out of town that I only needed a coffee she was very considerate and kind and allowed me to buy a cold coffee. I wanted to send this note to say thank you to Monica and Keeta were very kind and nice to sell me the coffee even though they were closed. They demonstrated real customer service and I will return to this location again.

I'm not sure but my review went from 1 star with service, and hit enter and my negative review was bumped to five stars. Clearly, an error being a mismatch with my review and not a positive experience.
