DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE COMPANY!! All they want is to steal your money and give you below standard food, look at the poorly sprinkled cheese on the garlic bread… this is a joke of a company. Called customer service and they practically spit in my face telling me that for my $25 order they can offer me a $9 credit. Stay away no point in wasting your money or time with them.

ordered 20 wings, they gave me 18. ordered a large pizza with beef on top and they barely put any on, and i consider myself a mostly lenient person. Typical scandal.

This was the worst pizza I've had in my entire life. Day old, dry, rude customer service once I informed the person behind the counter of the issue. They say they are the #1 pizza place in Ontario, that couldn't be further from the truth.

I waited 2 years to be back in Canada and all I've been screaming about this whole pandemic was wanting fried pickles and a Caesar salad from pizza pizza lol. Finally get here, Caesar salad on the menu. They don't serve it here apparently. We ordered pickles and two panzerottis. We get our food, the pickles are soggy and we asked for plastic silverware and napkins. They don't have either. "Just take it home and eat!" Well we can't, we live in another country and you can't take prepared food across the border. Waste of 30 bucks.

This is the best pizza I have ever had from PIZZA PIZZA. I ordered online & had some specific instructions & they followed them perfectly. Usually when I order from PIZZA PIZZA and ask for well done, it never is. The location on Portage in Niagara Falls never got this right.

Stopped in today for a takeaway pizza at this convenient location. We had a two piece Hawaiian and the vegetarian, both were very good for the price. Plenty of parking at this location.

Ordered Hawaiian pizza, Delivered on time, hot, tasty,. The delivery driver was polite. Price was reasonable. Will order there again.

Don't get anything with mushrooms on it, they use the super rubbery processed kind, they're terrible. Everything else was decent though.

Worst experience… they gave me a burnt pizza and the girl says that it comes like this only. Pizaa was tasteless
