This place used to be a weekly outing for me and the boys but have gone severely down hill ever since it was bought by new owners. The standard wings are now pathetically small dried out nuggets with a few specs of sauce on them, which will run you $15.50 for 10. They also decided to change the sauce for some reason, which although isn't bad, is not anywhere near as good as how they were sauced before. The wings now are a far cry from the large, juicy ones they had in the past which were some of the best in the region, for a fraction of the current price. Most of the current pricing is way too high for the portions, it just seems like the new owners are trying to pocket a few extra bucks off each patron and turn more of a profit from a restaurant that was one of the good reasonably priced main-stays of the area. To add to my point on the new owners cheapness, they will only grant one free re-fill of a soft drink now, anything after that you will get charged. Will be changing restaurants for group outings going forward.

I enjoyed their burger and loved the spinach dip! The spinach dip is a must try and serves for 2 people very well. We visit the place quiet often as it's close to where we live and the food overall is good. The other day I tried the twisted Mac & cheese but wasn't very fond of it as I felt that the red peppers in it wasn't going well with the pasta. The wings are good but I feel like they are a little to the drier side than juicier even with the sauce on it. I also liked their sweet potato fries but the chipotle dip with it I don't like as I have tasted better at other places. My friend liked the steak, it was well cooked and juicy. The white pizza was very good as well. I also love love their garden salad!

My group ordered a bunch of appetizers, wings and dessert and they were delicious! The garlic bread was so cheesy, buttery and garlicky and was simply to die for. The ravioli bites and sweet potato fries were great as well, and very fresh. The only thing they could improve on would be adding a tad more salt to the honey garlic wings, but other than that the flavour of the sauce was good. I absolutely loved the brownie, it had a rich chocolate flavour and was super soft and gooey on the inside. Overall a great spot for pub food!

If you want the smallest wings ever than this is the one place to get them. Im not one to write a review but honestly I was so disappointed when I opened the container. I am not exaggerating when I say that these wings were smaller than my car key. I am astonished that they could find a bird with wings this small more bone than meat. Considering I have been coming here for over a decade listen to me. Ever since new ownership food quality has been depleting. If the owner is reading this I want you to go get some wings for take out without telling your staff. Then comment and tell me I am wrong. Sometimes saving money is not worth it and in this case it is just embarrassing. However, if you want good wings then go to the overtime pub. They are what cracker jacks used to be back in the day and actually worth your money.

Dined in for lunch. Excellent food and good atmosphere. Waitress was attentive and returned returned with our meals in a timely fashion. At the end of our meal it took the waitress awhile to return to us for payment. She left me with the electronic credit card device and left the table not to return. I performed the transaction and printed my receipt, waiting another 5 min for her to return. Left the restaurant without seeing her again. I can only imagine that this was the holiday Monday and they were under staffed. None the less a good meal.

The BEST poutine in Niagara!! I’ve been searching for a while now to find a great poutine in the area and I’ve finally found one here. Most places miss the mark with the gravy, but everything is perfect about this one. Crispy fries, delicious gravy, generous amount of cheese curds, served on a hot skillet. Excellent service and plenty of patio space. The fried ravioli was tasty but the poutine was the star. Will be back again soon.

Been there a few times. Food usually good but not constant quality. I have had fantastic Nachos other times they were just ok. Its a sports bar on one side the other side is more for dining in. Staff usually very friendly. Prices are in line with similar restaurants/bars . At times they can be busy so best to plan accordingly.

Great food and atmosphere. Food didn’t take too long to get to our table, and they have reasonably priced drinks.

Went for St Patty's dinner and it was great. 1st time here and really enjoyed myself. Food was awesome and Ken playing live music made it even better. We will be returning and encourage everyone to stop in try it. Guinness was tasty

Haven't been here in 20 years called up at midnight asked if the kitchen was open and the guy who answered the phone said yes till 12: 30. We placed an order for pizza and wings showed up sat down to enjoy them and the experience was amazing just amazing I'm so happy to see a business like this stay around for as long as it has the food was incredible the service was incredible and as a restaurant owner I understand customer service and I understand looking forward how you create loyalty.... cracker Jacks it's been 20 years and it's been 20 years too long I'm coming back thanks for a great experience. And your staff is outright amazing!!! As an owner you should be very proud!!

I did not order from here myself , but I did mention it to a friend as a take out option to bring over for a pay per view fight we were watching at my place. I wanted to try it just never got around to it. Mind you we ordered from 3 places that night. All I tried from here was wings and a piece of the burger Wings were decent, burger was standard but not in anyway bad. Overall good pub food or to order to watch a game or fight. Not sure how it is in person though.

don't come here. the chicken club is listed as toasted bread with feta. it came on a grocery store hamburger bun with 1 teeny piece of feta. I sent it back and when the bill came they had taken just 15% off. gee thanks. kids burger and meatballs were gross. kids didn't eat them. cookies were burned. didn't have kids cups and my 2 year old was determined to spill her chocolate milk every chance she could get. bathrooms smelled terrible, kids refused to go in. server was nice...

Made a reservation for 9, waited 15 minutes after that time outside because there is no room. Ordered one round of drinks, had to go to the bar to get someone to come take our orders. Karaoke was a fun atmosphere, but the service was definitely not up to par. Buffalo chicken poutine was absolutely awesome, most of the apps were great but there was literally no cheese in the quesadilla which was mind blowing.

Ordered take out. Was amazing and very reasonably priced. Had the family meal deal 1: 2 burgers, 2 chicken burgers (two chicken fingers/burger as the "patty"), fries, and onion rings. Only $29.99+tax 20 minutes from order time to pick up and ready when arrived.

We came to the Cracker Jack's bar & grill restaurant in front of my house with my mother-in-law's lovely baby family to eat out on Christmas. All the food recommended by friendly server was delicious. I should come back again

It was our first time. There were great food options and we ordered the burger of the week and the Chicken Fingers and Fries. Both were very good. Our waitress Chloe (we think? ) was also really great. She was super friendly and helpful with her food suggestions. All around pleasant experience and will come back again for sure.

Got pizza tonight to go and I really enjoyed it. Crust was very good as was the sauce. A bit more sauce and putting topings a bit closer to the edge would have made a slight improvement. This pizza is thin, so I can imagine that it can't xarry a lot of sauce without being floppy, but a slight amount extra with a bit more cheese would have made this a genuine 8.5/10 experience. Did I say the crust was amazing! Staff is always super friendly as well!

This was the first place we chose to eat after arriving in Canada. Sports on the tvs friendly people all around food was extremely good. I had fish n fries. Very large portions my wife and I split a 2 piece and we should have split a 1 piece and still would have had leftovers. I would recommend this place for sure if your a sports pub kind of person.

It wasn't busy but we did get prompt service. The food was really good! I had a burger with a gluten free bun! Delicious! However, I was a bit put off that they allowed a woman to bring her small dog in an open carrier into the restaurant. Not very sanitary I should think. It didn't have an anxiety vest on it that I could tell. I don't think I'd like to see that happening again.

First time dining in, have had take out before. Nice interior, clean, nice colours, lots of tv screens if you want to watch sports, but not loud, which I liked. Service was super fast and efficient, food was great! I had the Cracker Jack Burger with onion rings and it was all great. Others I dined with had white pizza, chicken fingers and steak & cheese sandwich, all was nicely presented and tasty (Fries weren't the best...glad I got onion rings, but I did share them 😊). Saw some other tables with very tall drink dispensers, 3' tall or so, looked good, but I didn't try. Thanks for making our evening enjoyable!

Absolutely delicious baked chicken pasta, and as you can tell from picture 2 my girlfriend loved the "share" platter. She didn't really share

Located in Thorold, this place has limited vegetarian options from which I tried deep fried Ravioli with tomato sauce on side and A white pizza savoury enough to keep my taste buds happy clubbed with my favour wine

Slight mix up on the online website order tonight but Jade and the team made it right very quickly. Overall great comfort food in Twisted Mac and white pizza choices. Great bar side too. 4.5/5

Awesome place, great food and fair prices. Service was good and attentive. Great fries and gravy! My first visit as a meeting place for friends from out of town and so pleased my recommendation was as good as I hoped. It was perfect for lunch! Pleasant neighbourhood sports bar atmosphere. I will be back!

Ordered the family fish meal (6 pieces of fish, fries & coleslaw). Order was ready for the time I requested, nice & hot. Fish pieces are huge! Fries portion wasn't as much as I would expect for a "family portion". The coleslaw was a single serving cup, again, not what we would expect for a family meal, as only one person is able to have any. We have fish left over to warm in the oven for lunch tomorrow, would have been nice if the fries portion was comparable so we could have those with our fish.... Overall, a very good experience, I would recommend them, and the service (when ordering by phone & when picking up) was very friendly.

Everything was amazing! It was Happy Phase 3 Day, so I think everyone’s energy was at top end! I thank your staff from being truly awesome!!!!! It was great out inside again, the food was spectacular and the staff was phenomenal *****

The servers are attentive, the food is and has always been fantastic. Definately in my top ten for the Niagara region.

Food is very good and staff was very relaxed. Been going there for a couple of years. Great atmosphere especially when play offs are on.

The best buffalo poutine ever. The chicken was crispy. The fries hold up to the sauce. Rich beef gravy. The service was great as well.

I came to the restaurant with a party of 3 the server was super nice and the patio was good. We ordered an appetizer and 3 entrees the only issue that we had was the food our appetizer came less then 1 minute before the rest of our food which made it hard to eat due to the small tables and I got the chicken club which was dry as they forgot to put the sauce on. This place is great for drinks and has good prices but the food was a for sure let down don’t think I will be returning again anytime soon.

Amazing food, great service, delicious dessert! Our waitress was Crystal and she was very helpful and attentive to our needs. We needed a to-go box at the end, but we didn't even have to ask, she had already come prepared with the boxes! She was very friendly and informative about the menu. 10/10 would come back
