This place should be condemned! Do not stay here. Bed is as hard as a rock, room smells of mildew. Do you want chickens running around your motel? Then stay here!

The exterior of the inn is gorgeous. Grounds are very well kept, large, and in a quiet area. About a 10 minute drive from Clifton Hill. I unfortunately can't say the same about the room itself. The towels were stained so I went to Wal-Mart and bought my own. Dirt on the floors and there was garbage behind the dressers and chairs. I could deal with that, but it was the bed that really bothered me. There were no bed bugs (we thoroughly checked), but the sheets were disgusting. The pillow case was stained. The sheets had yellow, brown, and red stains, as well as several dead flies. We moved the sheets off the bed and slept without them. Overall I really enjoyed the location and the staff was nice - I just wish the room had been cleaner.

Great price! Comfortable, welcoming. Went up for 2 days... stayed 4... gave us more spending money to do attractions, instead of paying ridulous amounts for a hotel. Definately go there again!!! Thank you again!

We went there 11 pm. Owner or employee is very rude . We got a room smells dusty and a c was too loud . There were mosquitoes and dusts in the air . When we went him to complain he banged a door at our face . Not recommended.

Worst place to book. Please note that you will not get any refund after you book through third party or directly from them.The owner/ manager don't know how to talk with the customers politely regarding their complain which they don't mention in the website! Too many mosquitoes will welcome you when you enter the room. I left the place and assume that I gave my money to the charity.

A good place to go and enjoy with your family and kids, there's a play area for kids and pool, a bit far from the falls need your own vehicle or take a taxi to the falls but over all it an ok place.

This was comfortable stay for us. We stayed here because of the large 3 bed rooms. It is far enough from all the attractions that the price is reasonable. It was a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean. The grounds were kept clean and the pool was nice.

Very basic motel near St.Catherines. Stayed here for a night as it was cheap and close to the wedding we were attending. Clean but the room did smell of smoke when we first walked in, even though it was a non-smoking room. Turned on the AC and opened the door and the smell eventually went away. Probably wouldn't stay here again, but worked for the night.

We arrived on April 6 and got our room. It was cold due to a winter storm that came thrrough. Got to our room it was freezing cold and our remote to tv was dead. Everything was unplugged in the room. I went to front desk and told of our problem. They said they would go in our room and fix it. We came back about 2 hrs later room still freezing but remote was changed. We called the desk again and she came down. She said she didnt know what the problem was so she kindly offered us another room. We gathered up our stuff and headed to another room. It was nice and warm but the tv channels sucked. We were there in the area for an event the next day. No continental breakfast nothing. Will never stay there again Staff was friendly rooms were clean i will give them that.

We stayed two days at this place and have had a very good experience, rooms were cleaned and maintained. The staff was cooperative and attended nicely. This is a maintained and economical place for stay. They probably should add kitchenette as well at this facility.

1 star, everything about this motel was negative. This motel was a disaster. The photos on google looked nice and good, but when we arrived to the motel, we came to a disgusting, dirty, and dusty smell, and the roof from outside was broken. There were stains all over the wall, hair found in our pillows and bedsheets, flies roaming all over the room, and cockroaches inside the vent. There is barley room service, and we had to take out our trash. One of the employees, a young man, told us “Use saltwater to drink tea!” They showed poor quality. Also, the fridge and microwave were smelly and dirty. Also, why are chickens roaming around the motel? I DO NOT recommend this motel to anybody, except for people who choose to live in a poor hygienic, and a bad quality motel.

Good price for when I booked it, but the room lacked TV was at least 10 years old, AC on max took 1.5 hours to cool down the room, no amenities but that's expected, room was pretty clean, I'd still recommend wearing sandals though

Well you get what you pay for... If you need to lay your head, it works. Functional showers, staff gave us extra towels when asked which was cool. However, pool is emptied, playground falling apart. Like i said, this is a place to lay your head. Its a bit out of town which is a good thing and a bad thing

Worst place ever 😪 to stay 😪 when you walk into the room there was flys and bugs , the internet wasn't even working it was so bad that u had to go outside just to connect to the internet,and the walls was just broken up and put back together with some glue and when you turn on the heat in room ,the toilet seat 🚽 in washroom get so hot 🔥 that u can't seat on it to use it, and shower head was not even working, it was so outdated and the was even flys in washroom too, the refrigerator was not even working properly, thank God we had our own cooler bag ,and the bed head was very nasty, and at 10 am in morning before check ouy the guy calling and asking us to leave for the cleaning to come in , I do not recommend this place to anyone ever

The place is not as described in the pictures when booking online. There are too many mosquitoes in the area and rooms. They have NO REFUND policy means you won't get any refund complaining for anything about the place.
