What an amazing experience we had this evening at Pho18. We were greeted with friendly smiles and sat right away! Our server Annie recommended I have W8, stir-fried Cantonese noodles and I’m so glad she did. I’ve had their pho before and it’s amazing but these noodles were so good. The dish was so flavourful and the beef tasted like a well-seasoned steak. Thank you so much for your friendliness Annie, it was amazing!

In the area and stopped for a late lunch. Ordered their signature house special and their medium rare beef pho and well done brisket pho. The herbs were fresh, the broth was flavorful, the flavor was slightly different from other places. The meats were fresh and tender. Liked the vibe. The service was excellent.

Had a great experience last night at Pho 18. The service was great and the food was delectable. A little bit too much ginger for me, but overall, it was a great meal. The atmosphere is really nice with all the plants and nice music.

I am from Toronto and I'll come by most times I am in Thorold. Excellent food, great service. Love their vegetarian roll with mango! I highly recommend to come by if you want delicious food.

I like the interior of Pho18 as it gives a bright look to the customer. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the tables and chairs and even the sauce jars in the restaurant are clean and tidy. I ordered the special phone which has beef, stretchy beef ball and beef pepitas. It tasted very good and I definitely go back. I think beef is better than chicken options.BUT! Well worth trying!!

I really like the environment, there are lots of plants, feels like you are eating in the garden. Although the flavor is normal, the waitress was short with me, she asked me "are you done, here is the bill" when I was still eating. I said do I have to pay now. She said I am going to have my meal. She made me feel I had to finish my meal as soon as possible because she wanted to have hers. I asked for some bean sprouts and lime, she said they already put some in the bowel and asked me to pay more for one slice lime. The whole lime only worths 58 cents in grocery store. They also charge tea. Other pho restaurants offer free limes and free tea.

From the warm, inviting atmosphere to the fantastic food, I am never disappointed with this restaurant. Today I did takeout for a couple of us from the office and it was hit! I can't wait to go back!

YOU GOTTA EAT HERE. So worth the short drive from the hustle and bustle of the Niagara strip. Very authentic and flavourful. You will be so happy with many of your choices. We had a party of 8 and everyone had many great meals ☺️👍

I had the special pho. It had a lot of beef balls. But still, it was pretty good. I really liked the beef flank in the pho. Excellent broth. The utensils and silverware were washed well, free of microfilms. I noticed all the tables and chairs were really clean, free of crumbs or stains. That can say a lot about how your food is made.

My favorite pho restaurant in Niagara Region. Love the Vermicelli dish with Vietnamese sausage. One of a kind!

Amazing food, great service at a reasonable price. Haven't eaten that much in awhile but I couldn't stop. It was so good.

Wonderful hosts for a wedding shower. Food was fantabulaous. Buffet and beverage service. Kind people, perfect spot. Spacious bright and parking near and around. Photo is my second helping.

Tried Pho here for the first time. I got the well done beef bowl. It was huge and very good on a cold evening. I'd also recommend the cheese stuffed wontons. I can't wait to come back and try more dishes and the iced coffee.

Excellent restaurant. Had a lovely meal of pork dumplings and the special pho. Really good food and the service was very attentive and extremely fast. Highly recommended

Great selection on the menu and see vegan-friendly options as well! Would be nice for them to have complete vegan options (eg. peanut sauce) as opposed to some other substitute.

I always come here to get the rare beef pho and have no complaints! I normally opt to dine in, but still have a great experience with takeout. The staff is lovely and the pho is delicious!
