Beautiful jewelry repair

I had some glasses that needed to be repaired and it was a difficult repair, but they did a beautiful job. Not just jewellery repair, and the people there are very nice. Ken was superb.

Amazingly friendly staff. So personable. Fabulous pricing. Customer service that could only be described as extraordinary. I came in for a simple watch battery replacement for a co-worker. There was an extra thing they found with the watch, water resistant seal damaged a bit. For what I expected the battery to cost they replaced both in no time. What's more impressive was the staff while I waited. THEN I start looking around and the selection of gifts, jewelry and exquisite Rodania watches. Everything was beautiful. The prices being better then I would have expected and I confirmed their pricing was excellent by comparing online. To jump back to customer service. While I waited I listened to the interactions of staff with the other costumers. Bravo. The patience with one more persistent customer was extremely impressive. I believe it was Ken. The rest of the interactions were equally fabulous. I personally, never felt ignored and while I waited someone always was updating me and courteous toward me. It took a while, but I had my mid 1800s gingerbread clock repaired there, and it is keeping wonderful time, as well as the chimes are working beautifully.

Great service and a good selection of competitively priced watches, clocks & jewelry. I bought a watch over a year ago. The nitelight stopped working. The watch had a two year warranty. The company that made the watch was out of business (COVID). Steadman's gave me a full refund which I used as a credit towards the purchase of another watch.

A gift for me, a beautiful hamza hand chain, and this gorgeous silver evil eye bracelet. They also fix jewelry waiting on my chain its being fixed. Picked up my chain today and he did a beautiful job they also steam cleaned my cross I was waiting to put on it without me asking. Amazing staff,great quality no pressure sales.

Ken and his team are outstanding. I spent a significant amount of time researching jewelers in Niagara and Toronto before deciding on Steadman's for my wife's engagement ring. From the design appointments, to choosing the diamond - the service was sublime. Ken is a designer, goldsmith, gemologist and the store owner - you won't find this combination anywhere else. For any jewellery needs, look no further. Steadman's in-house clock/watch maker also did an excellent job servicing my vintage wristwatch.

Terrific staff and service. Got my titanium watch band resized there yesterday and found out they've been open since 1912! I think that is insane. They definitely know what they are doing if they have been open for that long lol.

Been going to Steadman’s for a couple years. Unmatched staff, and service. I bought my wife’s engagement ring there and later our wedding bands. My wife has had a couple older pieces of jewellery repaired as well. Always very personal service and great communication about timelines and when things will be ready. Can’t recommend enough.

Super friendly staff and quick service. I was just getting a few watch batteries replaced but it was a very pleasant experience.

I am extremely pleased with the service and the attitude of the employees. I have had a few custom designs and pieces of jewelry made up. Some from old jewelry I had, and some from the display case, that I had different ideas of what and where I'd like the gems to go in the settings... Old fashioned business, where you're treated like a friend, rather than a dollar sign. I recommend them, and proudly let people know where I got my jewelry from.

Ken was amazing. Did a fantastic job on my engagement and wedding band which needed resizing and redoing the rhodium plating. Will definitely return very happy
