I’ve been going to Pine Street Dental for the past little bit now, and I can officially say it’s the best choice if you are a current Brock University student. The staff are kind, welcoming, and patient. They understand the pressures of being a student while also trying to take care of yourself. Again, I would highly recommend them!

By far the best dentist in niagara, got my tooth extraction and 5 fillings; i did not feel as much as a sting during my time there and didnt even need pain meds after getting all of that work done . 10 out of 10 forsure :)

Excellent service and awesome dentist! Two of my family members had nothing but good things to say about Dr. Lee, and I was not disappointed at all. I found him to be as kind, patient, non-discriminatory and non-judgemental as they described. There were no awkward questions about whether or not I brush my teeth or similar condescending questions other dentists ask; he was more concerned about solutions. I look forward to my next appointment.

I've had the unfortunate luck of needing to come back around 4 times in the past month and a half, but each visit, the staff have been cordial and friendly to me. Everyone from receptionists to hygienists and dentists are awesome people - kudos to the reception staff for working around my schedule and managing to get me in for both a cleaning and an exam today! I was experiencing some bite issues from my previous filling, which Dr. Lee quickly fixed and sympathized with me about, as well as making sure to advise me on a plan of action going forward if it causes issues again. Super big thank you to everyone at Pine Street Dental, a great staff team!

I've been coming here for a couple years and have had a very wonderful experience every time. The office is kept very clean and organized. Dr Z is a wonderful dentist and makes sure the patient is very comfortable during the procedures. The receptionist's were very friendly and helped me with all my concerns. Had a horrible experience with this dentist Dr Lee. I took my grandson in when he was 5 and he had to have an extraction... He screamed the whole time in pain begging the dentist to please stop and he said that he could feel it and he continued to rip it out without refreezing it and demanded his grandfather to stay away from him when he tried to comfort the child...He bled for the entire morning it was so bad. And on top of that... I am covered by odsp and he sent me a bill for my dental work as well.... Shady... And not kid friendly at ALL!!

Pinestreet dental is beyond a doubt a wonderful dental office, dare I say the best. Every worker there seamed as though they loved working there and genuinely cared about their customers. With the perfect blend of flawless work and wonderful customer service it created an excellent experience. As always, the service of Pine Street Dental is consistent. The service from the moment I walked in is excellent. They are all friendly, helpful and I was treated as VIP. The hygienist knows how to make me at ease and didn’t give me any discomfort at all. At the end of the cleaning, I have goodies for being a good patient, lol. Dr. Lee, of course made sure that everything went well and asked how I was. Then before heading out, again, I was given a warm goodbye that will make me look forward to the next appointment.

I had a great experience with Pine Street Dental. In the past, I have had a fear of the dentist but the staff here are wonderful. From the reception staff to Dr. Lee, Dr Bergman and the other Dentists-everyone was very welcoming, kind and professional. My cleaning and cavity filling were very well done. I also recommend asking about their sedation options for other dental procedures. Not a lot of Dental offices offer this and it's a great option to have. They also respond quickly to inquiries. Dr Lee made himself available for an emergency extraction year ago and I've been returning ever since. The staff consistently go above and beyond for their patients and ensure their visit is personal.
