Although I look a little bit sad in this photo, iits because it was taken right after my mom forced me into the big scary tub. Which ended up being the best time ever! The staff were very helpful and friendly. One came over and helped my mom get me in the tub, I put on quite the show so she also gave me lots of treats. The customers were helpful and friendly too. One lady even came over and helped get me in because I weigh over 100 pounds and really, really, didn't want to go in there. Another lady let me sit on her feet, and told me I'm a good boy and gave me pets. And the bath was only $12 so I got to pick 2 different kinds of treats too! I can't wait to go back! MAXX 🐕

We just recently adopted a puppy. We needed to purchase food, puppy stick and flea medicine. Since it is curbside and we aren't able to go in, Chris (the lady we spoke with) was so very helpful. She took time to explain and refer us to different products , and was just so pleasant. Thanks so much Chris for making our 1st curbside shopping experience enjoyable. Tony & Robin

I've been shopping at this store for over a decade... The staff are always friendly and helpful! I love the dog wash for my big furry monsters! The store is always clean and well organized. If you can't find what you're looking for the staff is always willing to help you find it elsewhere or order it in. Overall great customer service!

Been here a few times as it's close to work.much simpler than a few other pet stores. I've been to duri g the covid grey rating.. Call your order in pay at the door. Great service, friendly people! I buy what I can from here.

The two women that helped both myself and my husband,most important our two puppies was amazing. It was great I could not have been more happy and amazed that we are now going to be shopping for our two puppies here from this day forward

The price of pet supplies/food etc. is truly outrageous. Coupled with the cost of vet services it is hard to believe that people can afford a pet at all. Animals will surely suffer when folks can’t afford their proper care. Not complaining about this store. Just a general comment.

Very helpful staff and great dog bathing area

Bought two basking lights from here, within 2 days both bulbs blew in different fixtures. They did the exchange but the girl behind the counter tried to tell me that my ballasts are no good... I'm sorry but you should know something about the products you sell, incandescent bulbs do not use a ballast. They sell the fixtures and the bulbs that go in them... Then they tell me that if these bulbs blow, then it's up to me to get ahold of the manufacturer myself. I've worked in retail before, your supposed to take care of your customers. I have 4 reptiles, cats and a dog and I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Over a week now and the second bulbs are still working fine guess my ballast is good....

Bought the advantage for 2 months paid a 100 for that went to put the 2nd month on and the tubes were dry no formula Wow really thanks guys come there all the time

It's a great store but every time I go there, there's always a bunch of dead fish in the tanks. I mentioned it to one of the employees once and they apologized, but didn't do anything about it. I went in there today to get prices for a new cage and to pick up supplies and it still has dead fish in the tanks. One of them was in there for so long that it's body was starting to decompose, and a bunch of the fish were super skinny like they haven't eaten in awhile. There were guppies fighting over pieces of another dead guppy. Not only this but in the same area where the birds, guinea pigs, bunnies, etc are kept, there was shavings all over the floor. as someone who owns bunnies I understand that they tend to make messes, but this looked like it wad built up from the whole day.

The staff are friendly, store is clean. I just don’t like that the big SALE sign is outside all the time. What sales? The staff should really take the initiative here and let us know, because hunting around and trying to find it without looking too cheap is hard.

Very expensive, which I expect for a small store. But the reason for a 2 star rating is .... the fish tanks are absolutely disgusting !!! Every tank has dead fish in it ... not just 1, multiple dead fish, in multiple tanks. 3 dead bettas in their little cups... it 1 p.m. ... were they not fed breakfast and checked on at opening ?? The disgusting condition of the tanks were mentioned to the young ladies at the cash, who were not thrilled that we suggested they work... they were waaaaay too busy chatting with the young man and his dog. 100% ... a dog store.... get rid of the tanks... why do you even bother.
