Wonderful area with lots of walking and bike paths. Lots of water sports available in the aquadrome (need to call and booking in advance). Nice cafe in the middle to grab a tea and a rest. Also, has clean restrooms.

Beautiful places with 3 lakes. I love the lake with the birds the most. It is a pleasure to walk around it and spot the birds. Today there were baby coots, baby swans and baby ducks. There are many geese, swans and ducks. Bring some bird food for them, no food like bread.

We had a nice day out with children. We explored two lovely playground, the lakes and their area. Really nice to feed the birds with seeds, not with bread. βœ” We all loved this place.

Lovely leisure facility. 2 lakes to walk around plus a river, and a nice Cafe & Toilets at the end. My only comment is that footpaths are not very well maintained around the lakes. Some places much worse than others.

A favourite place to visit when down south visiting son and family. Lots of lakeside or woodland walk choices. Pretty busy as a rule. Clean and tidy as a rule. Dog poo bins available and generally used. Nice cafe available to nourish and rest at the end of a walk. Good play park on site too. Nice clean rest rooms nearby.

Amazing parkland, with lots of walks around 2 or 3 lakes. It's a beautiful and tranquil place, full of wildlife, I imagine it's great for bird watching! Truly beautiful walks! They have a cafe with toilets and a very large car park.

Absolutely beautiful space. Lots of benches right by the water and pathways you can navigate to move to quieter spots away from the water sports.

A beautiful place to go for a walk. This time we went around Springwell Lake. Peaceful and quiet, not as busy as the lake nearer the car park.

Definitely a place we will come back on sunny day. The 3 lakes are beautiful walk.. The first two lakes is more quiet walk with lots of beautiful birds to see. We even saw Grey Heron, what a beauty. And the river on other side is fantastic addition addind the diversity to the walk. And then the last lake is very popular and has lots of people, but still very enjoyable. There is amazing playground for kids and good surfice to go on roller skates or scooters around the 3rd lake.

Always favourite park to go. Greenery is at its best. Me and my friends went for a picnic but there was an event so we had to go through another way which was even more beautiful with some stables on the way and got to see beautiful horse's. Very nice for a family day out.

Fabulous place for dog walking, stretching your legs and forest bathing. Large free car park is a bonus and easily accessible by tube from Rickmansworth tube station. With three lakes and lots of walking paths, there is ample choice for a 20 minutes walk, 40 minutes walk or more. Restrooms are accessible for limited hours each day.

Always a pleasure going for a walk around the Aquadrome, observing the waterfowl and other wildlife, especially on a nice spring or summer’s day. The cafe serves good coffee and good food. On a nice day, the kayaks or sailboats out on the water are an added bonus.

Nice place for a jog, stroll or chat with family or friends. Vast area with full of activities, some will require registration, to become a member. Loads of wildlife and healthy green foliage. Obviously were coming into the winter period... Ponds, and lakes! Loads to educate and talk to the little ones. And most of all, the all important cafe. Which is large enough, has seating outside and a play area. It's a really nice place to release stress from the working week. Enjoy

We went to the Rickmansworth Canal Festival. There was a main stage which had a variety of performances. There were lots of food stalls, a beer tent, fun fair rides, narrow boats, Phoenix Morris Dancers, fire brigade, live bands, scouts, bric a brac, crafts etc....this festival has been run for 20 years, we've been going for a few years and always enjoy it.

I was at the Rickmansworth Festival in May. Great day out with live music across 2 stages, food drink and multiple stalls and rides. Awesome work by the volunteers who stage it each year. Look out for it next May !!

You can walk and walk and...... as long or short as you like. Around every corner there's something new. The walk along the canal is a total change to the paths around the lakes. Watch out for loose dogs, a big issue. Excellent free parking. Approach road to the car park is tricky. Turn left at the pub as the sign is virtually hidden. It's in the same road as Tesco. Cafe in the Park has yummy cakes but the wait is ........ too long at peak times so chill'ish. Enjoy

Great place for a walk, run or bicycle ride, but extremely busy over the weekends a specially on a nice sunny days, means hard to get a parking space. Otherwise 5 stars

Always a nice spot to walk around and enjoy the outdoors. Lots to do here if you enjoy the water. They have water skiing, kayaking and lots of birds to watch and feed. Any day the sun comes out it can be crowded but its large enough to accommodate a lot of people and not feel too crowded

Lovely place for a walk. Coffee bar included and could be used as a shelter for the rain. You can also walk towards the nearby river for some beautiful scenery.

Lovely place to walk for exercise and/or pleasure. A great place to become immersed in the natural environment. Large carpark, which is particularly busy at the weekends. I tend to go during the week, usually between 10am and 2.30, to avoid busy periods. Large cafe, mainly serving healthy vegetarian snacks and light meals, although meat products have been reintroduced to the menu in recent months.

Always enjoy a walk around the Aquadrome. We are now dog owners since January and have spent many hours with Luna exploring & walking. Tend to go early as gets busy. Ample parking, glorious sunsets & not forgetting the geese!!
