One of the best wedding collections in Kerala.... I have had the opportunity to purchase from this location a couple of times and I am pretty satisfied with the shipping experience.... The rates for wedding sarees are reasonable and has got a wide variety of selections...

Simply amazing quality and selection options. I went in with a budget in mind and they showed it in correct range. I also requested for a particular colour and zari border and got it too. Amazing effort by the staff. Its quite crowded always so if visiting during pandemic be mindful to take all precautions. Parking space crunch is likely, so often car is parked in another ground which is walkable from the store. We purchased chudidar material, saree and a shirt. All are good quality and reasonable as well. Definetly one of the best shops in town.

The selections are good however the prices are on a higher side. Plus, some of the staffs treat you depending upon the amount of purchase you make. If you ask them to show more options, they get irritated. You go for a wedding shopping and you buy dresses which are to be maintained properly after the event. They don't even provide a basic bag for the bride. When questioned, the staffs said the amount of purchase is not high and hence they cannot provide a bag. And they gave the gown in a normal paper bag. When the manager was contacted, he gave a bag which doesn't even fit the gown. This is how they treat the bride too.

Today I had a very bad experience with the security personal at Jayalakshmi Thrissur. The security personal was arrogant while directing to park the car and I complianed about this to Mr. Mithun, Asst Manager and there was no action or reaction from him. He was sounding helpless and trying to blame me. To my utter shock, this security personal showed me indecent gesture indicating that nothing happened and no action against him and he is untouchable. Pathetic and off late, I have been noticing the lack of customer oriented behaviour from the staff at Jayalakshmi, Thrissur but never expected such an indecent action from the security staff. Request everyone to be careful as such indecent gesture in front of your family members will embarrassing for you.

During this pandemic the follow all the security protocols and it's safe for purchase. I'm so delighted in their customer service as well as the amble collection of men's wear.

Really beautiful collection, very friendly staff, would definitely visit again. Although, I do have a few suggestions: 1) the restrooms were, pathetic (for the lack of a better word). While visiting such a prestigious and grand shop like this we’d expect better. The restrooms were dirty, and poorly maintained. 2) On a completely different note, the coffee they provided was no good either. I realise this isn’t a cafe, so we can’t expect a perfect cup of coffee but, again, from a popular shop like this we’d expect way better. Other than that, their collection, and price range are all good and I’d definitely would visit again.

They have the best wedding collections. I bought many sarees, dress materials etc from there for my wedding. Has a good parking space. They strictly follow COVID-19🦠😷 protocols. And has an excellent customer service.

Very good collection of cloths with amazing varieties. Western to traditional you will get all the types of dress for all age people is available. Maternity cloths were missing. Apart from that we get all kind of cloths. Saree collection is amazing and you get sarees with low cost to high cost. Quality of products are good. Staff are nice.

One of the best bridal as well as wedding purchase destinations in Thrissur at an affordable price to everyone. There are 5 floors for different categories like gents, ladies,bridal,etc. The staff and supporting team members are well behaved and customer friendly. A vast waiting area is arranged for sitting and TV watching. Enough Car parking area is provided and security guards are well supported. Both cash and card purchases are encouraged by the team. Escalator and lift facilities are available on all floors.

It's a really good place. But, If you are going to buy churidar materials, they won't assist you for clothes below 3k. And you have to search in a sea of arrays where every material is mixed and you can't find a different colour of the design you like.Even for material above 3k,there's only a small counter and it will get crowded by just 1- 2 customers. Sales staff don't pay attention and are less Friendly With Respect To other Retailers.They won't assist you even if it is a ready made section.(You will end up frustrated and leave just like me.If I don't want the help of a sales person I would gladly visit Trends/max/pantaloons etc. But I required assistance and they didn't provide it. )

However the range of collection is humongous and one will get confused to select the items. Best place for bridal collection. Excellent textile shop. Very good collection. They do have collection from the lowest range upto a big level so that every customer will be satisfied. What impressed me was the ladies attended to the customers. They were very courteous, patient and good. I am sure they might have got good training to satisfy the customers. Very impressive collection of dresses.

A well structured and well maintained store with ample entertainment for the children and space for people to sit. Collection in various sections seem to be okay, but everything is ruined by the attitude of the sales people. I went with my family to purchase some outfits for the women. But alas, we weren't able to get what we need. Not because there wasn't any collection, but because of the sales people there. They were reluctant to show us the clothes and some did not even notice us, as if they are judging by our appearance. Treating different people differently is not so professional in this field. At least the lady at the door asked us "what happened, didn't you get what was looking for". We politely said no and headed for another shop, from where we got better customer service.

Very good shopping experience with great customer service. Variety of collection from daily wear to bridal, also have sections for men, women and kids. Very nice collection of south styled sarees (they have others too), at reasonable prices. We were very well attended by Adhithya, a person who always had a smile on her face while being patient with us during the 3 hours we spent there. Also thanks Vigeesh CV who helped us translate whenever required.

It's a great store. Wide varieties of clothes. Other than that the most important thing is that the hospitality inside the store, is incredible. I would love to visit again in the future.

Earlier, the selection in the Jayalakshmi was just average, but nowadays they had improved their variety of selection. We went to purchase some sarees and was a very good collection of sarees in different price range and different material as well. The staff behaviour was too good, and they were ready to show everything. But the kids section was not up to the mark the selection were not much good as compared to the kids only shops. They have a very large parking slot and easy to park.

I have visited here several times.I felt that there are only branded materials so the cost is also a little bit higher it will be helpful if there are some budget category items. As I was visiting with my family I couldn't find the materials around 1000.00Rs category except in the men's shirt section. As i was looking for daily ware material i would not like to purchase items above thousand rupees. Otherwise if you are looking for a party wear dress material or something costly then it is a good shop for purchase and also i felt that the sales team should have been much more aware of the price of what the customer is looking for. This is the only thing to find as a negative side of the shop.

Show room is o.k.but cashier section is very bad. I wait half a hour for payment. I report of the staff but no proper reply..

I have been searching shops after shops for a shirt to go with dothi and I didn't find anything that I like until I went to Jayalakshmi Silks. I feel like Jayalakshmi Silks has a lot more collections than all others in Thrissur right now.

Jayalakshmi silks is a huge cloth stores. Four floors of great shopping experience. You ask for any variety of item and it is available here. All types of dress materials for children, ladies and gents. I am proud of this shop.

Large collection of sarees and dresses are available. The price is a bit higher than expected, as everyone thinks the price over jayalakshmi is low. If you are near and need variety of collection go for it, but donot expect a great change in money. More over price of many dresses were way cheaper in our local stores.

Literally spent the whole day but never felt hectic or tired as the customer service was very good. Strictly follows the covid guidelines with proper social distancing. Billing and delivery was very prompt. One noticable point is that they have arranged a large space with proper social distancing for waiting area. The organisation's dedication to customer service and quality is very appreciable.

I have been to this place many times and felt they have good selection of clothes. But this time the staff I felt was bit rude and was not so interested in showing up the sarees that we wanted that too it was wedding shopping. So a dislike!

There is no deduction atleast for marrage parties also there is no tailor, no exchange.... if you want to do any alternation work you should search a shop or do urself.
