Our family has been camping here for 10+ years and the last 2 years things have changed dramatically. There has been an up surge in pricing, they suddenly changed their car limit and stated this change was on the website (we triple checked it wasn’t) and the sites are brutal, literal dirt pits. Last year I got a horrible sinus infection from all the dirt I breathed in and if you don’t believe me just look into the light from a flashlight at night time. This year our site was swarmed by bull head hornets and both my sons were stung. There seems to be no such thing as a quiet hour, the relaxing sounds of the river that you’d hope to fall asleep to are drowned out by the drunken people partying or screaming kids. We were also told there is a burn ban upon checking In however several of our neighbors had wood burning fires and management didn’t make them put them out. And the smell y’all … I would not recommend getting a site downwind of a honey bucket or that is all you are going to smell. Also the staff aren’t super friendly. We’ve loved Riverbend and have many fond memories there but considering the quality of service and the price of what they are now charging and what you get for it, I’d rather go somewhere that we can actually relax and enjoy.

Beautiful campground and love being so close to the river for fishing and kids to play in the water. However, if you are tent camping do NOT get sites G1-G3 unless you are booking as a group. They are right next to each other with no privacy. It’s like you are camping with your site neighbors but if you don’t know them or they are disrespectful campers then it makes for a miserable stay. Other than that it’s a great place! Suggest F loop for tent campers!

I stayed in spot A3 for a couple days. It had water and 30 amp hook up. There is a dump station in the middle of the park. Nice large grassy area between spaces. Picnic table provided. Wi-fi worked for the most part. Not all spots in the park get wi-fi. It's a bit pricer per night but I believe that's because of the location. If you go to the back of the park you'll run into the Nisqually River. So if you don't need wi-fi I would recommend getting a spot back there. I didn't use the showers but I believe they are pay to use. The office carries some supplies and necessities for sale. Nice area.

Overall rating: 3/5 stars Pros: Well-laid out sites Clean and quiet campground Friendly staff Close to the Methow River Cons: No sewer hookups Only 120 and 50 amp service (no 30 amp) Extra $10 per night for a towing vehicle Details: The sites at Riverbend RV campground are well-spaced and have plenty of room to maneuver your RV. The campground is clean and quiet, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The campground is located close to the Methow River, which is a great place to go fishing, hiking, and kayaking. However, there are a few downsides to the campground. There are no sewer hookups, so you will need to dump your tanks regularly. The campground only has 120 and 50 amp service, so if you are on 30 amp, you will need to bring an adapter or pick one up at the office. The campground also charges an extra $10 per night for a towing vehicle, which I think is a bit excessive. Overall, Riverbend RV campground is a decent place to stay if you are looking for a clean and quiet campground near the Methow River. However, be aware of the lack of sewer hookups and the extra charge for a towing vehicle before you book your stay. Here are some tips for your next stay at Riverbend RV campground: Bring an adapter if you are on 30 amp service. Be prepared to dump your tanks regularly. Book your stay in advance, especially during the peak season. Consider staying at a different campground if you have a large towing vehicle. I hope this helps!

We were at a camp grounds. There 4 a wedding in Roy. Couldn't find a hotel that offered our 3 Boston Terrier to stay with us. So our camp trailer was the answer. We stayed 3 nights. We were involved with the wedding so wasn't camping much. I will say they r about safty , camps very clean , well groomed. But we were by a pond . And late in evening we has some mosquitoes. They need some Bat houses.

Considering tent camping there but the reviews are crazy. They are polarized. Some rate it poorly others rate it as a great place to be. I don't know what to think of it. Not helpful 😬

I love this camp ground! It's right on the river, the spots are big and private. However the cost doubled in 2 years (like everything else). Downside- The fishing 🙁. If you're looking to fish this isn't the place.

👍 We have been staying here for the past few months. The lake is beautiful & most of the people who work here are pretty awesome. So far it's been a good experience.
