I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Austria! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional service and the hotel's overall quality. The rooms were not only clean and tidy but also incredibly silent, which ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city, with everything right at my doorstep. What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding hospitality of Ms. Drita and Mr. Gjergjji. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable, always willing to help and with a kind and welcoming attitude. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend Hotel Austria to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel in the heart of the city.

The room was quiet and cozy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is especially good. There are restaurants, shops and a fine market nearby. Wifi was great and the breakfast was delicious and enough. There wasn't any tea or coffee at breakfast but maybe they would gave some if I have asked.

If you are a smoker then the rating for this hotel would be a 4 or maybe even a 5. However as a non-smoker entering the hotel is horrible. To get into the hotel you must enter through the hotel's popular smokey bar/cafe. The cigarette smoke is thick there and the next room you must pass through to reach reception. It even infiltrates into the reception area and even up on the second floor it could often be detected. Otherwise the room and the breakfast are fine and the employees provide good service. The WiFi was also okay. Our TV had the BBC, CNN, National Geographic, etc. However some other people said they were not available in their rooms and that the only English language station they could get was Al Jazeera. Note- there is no safe in the room.

Very disappointed with this hotel. The first day that we arrived it was very rough start. I have to say that the front desk Klidi and Entela were very helpful to accommodate us . They got yelled by the manager for doing their job which I was shocked. As soon as we get into our room a loud noise came from the next door due to the construction and the room was all dusty.Inside the refrigerator was a broken glass Went downstairs to talk to the manager about the situation and I got yelled and cursed by the housekeepers . No apology from the manager or the owner. Breakfast was great and plenty of food.

Value for money is perfect. In the middle of the city, but still quiet. Rooms are large and breakfast is basic.

The rooms are nice, relatively spacious and have most of the amenities(towels,hair dryer, slippers, soap and shampoo). The breakfast needs a little bit of improvement especially on the service department. In the past they made fresh omelets for whoever asked aside from other stuff at the buffet (continental style breakfast). Now it seems like they don't favor that anymore. You're can have a relatively decent coffee though in stead of the watered down coffee that you usually find in most hotels.

No tea for breakfast ?! Only coffee is served, for tea you'll pay extra !!

This was a nice hotel near the centre of the city. Getting to the parking is a little complicated but the staff within the underground parking was excellent and moved our car to a spot close to the lift for the hotel. The whole ambience of the hotel is that of Vienna around 1910 with big open corridors and sweeping staircases although our particular room was not as big as we had hoped. The staff were good but dining options were limited (you can have breakfast inside) and the outside cafe does not do food.

Great service, wonderful staff, the room was cozy and beautiful, breakfast was delicious, free parking, if you want a night to relax or vacation ask for them, you will be very satisfied.

Very good hotel, well priced. Easy to find and parking was great. The breakfast was good, beds slept well and the shower was great.

Spacious, elegant, modern, dead quiet, comfortable, convenient, superb attentive staff, inexpensive, clean... I could go on. The only place I stay, or am likely to stay, in Tirane.

Great outdoor bar patio area at the front entrance, which is on a side road. Tree canopy overhead and intricate paving. Rain forest shower and big room. 3 beds total. Excellent breakfast buffet with a lot of variety, including sweet cakes.

Disclaimer: I didn't stay here myself but went to pick up a group for work. The hotel has underground parking but that's only suitable for smaller cars, the road outside is narrow and they couldn't reserve a place. With the minibus we had to park on the mainroad and drag luggage over as unfortunately no one there to help. While the manager on the phone was professional and helpful, the receptionist wasn't. Rooms are spacious, breakfast OK, style has to be for you. :)

I would recommend this hotel to all those who enjoy tranquility, comfort, and the convenience that the hotel's location offers. It's very close to the city center and main roads of the capital. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating to any request.
