The hotel was great. Everything is all right and furthermore the staff were the cherry on cake, since they are very friendly and in readiness at any time. The room was clean and comfortable. Also the place was quite and 5 min away from the beautiful center of Tirana.

Hi All, Please do not book this hotel, never. In Tirana many other best and cheap hotels are available. I booked this hotel from 6th August 2021 to 17th August 2021. 1. In this hotel breakfast is very poor quality, coffee ☕ machine is rubbish. Juice machine instead give orange 🍊 juice, it comes water. 2. Toilet flush was not working, I asked from the reception to fix the problem, she said go to room someone will fix immediately. After 2 hours I called to the reception, other guy said she is gone home and she did not tell me. I paid for this hotel and booked for 11 days. I did big mistake to book this. I will contact to Booking.com. This is just advice to all visitors, please do not book this hotel.

Location is OK! Everything else is .... excellent! Clean and tidy rooms and toilet, very polite staff and good breakfast. Highly reccommended!

I visited this hotel in November. The staff was very friendly and kind. The room I stayed at very cozy and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. Located at a rural area. The receptionist treated our every request. Overall warm atmosphere. I highly recommend you book there!

Great hotel

A good hotel, not expensive. A huge advantage is a private parking place (not to big, you must did a reservation for your car). But the breakfast was terrible and the coffee from their machine... it had nothing common with a coffee.

Just good for a night. Noisy, almost clean, not friendly... The only thing good was the cherry marmelade. Industrial breakfast. I will never forget when the waiter said us that the breakfast include JUST ONE coffee so be ready to bring your powder coffee. Really.

The best hotel in the city

Felt very safe and welcome when we travelled as two young woman. They have parking spots and opened the gate as soon as they saw us waiting outside with the car. Very clean ere shum mire:,)

I was in a business trip at Vila Verde and let me conclude shortly my experience here: Firstly my room and the breakfast zone was very clean that is important for me. I am a little bit fussy as a client and I know that, but the staff here never get bored with me. They help me for any special request I had. I found a quiet place, good wireless to work about my projects, and the most important the hotel is very near with the city center and that fact is very helpfully. Now I am your loyal client. See you soon!!

Saimme osaksemme todella ala-arvoista palvelua. Olimme hotelliin yhteydessä lentojenne peruutuksen myötä. Ilmoitimme, ettemme pääse ensimmäiseksi yöksi, mutta tulemme seuraavana. Hotelli oli perunut mielivaltaisesti kahdeksi yöksi tekemämme varauksen ja siirtänyt eteenpäin olematta meihin yhteydessä. Kun pääsimme seuraavana iltana perille, meille ei ollut ollenkaan huonetta tarjolla. Siitä huolimatta hotelli laskutti majoituksesta täyden hinnan eivätkä suostuneet palauttamaan rahoja takaisin. Asiakaspalvelu oli töykeää ja epäkunnioittavaa.

The hotel was wonderful, so was the staff. Our room was very well decorated, clean and comfortable. The property is located near the center not far from all the tourist sites. We liked that we were able to park inside of the hotel.

Vila Verde is one of the best places in Tirana, where you can stay, relax and enjoy the service. Vila Verde has a great staff, and they know how to welcome a guest. 🙂
