Opened in 1988 as the Enver Hoxha Museum, this large pyramidal structure is now a conference center.

Medieval castle of which only an Ottoman-era wall remains, now housing handicraft stores & eateries.

👍 Clock tower had no queues to go up. There was a lady on ground who asks for 200 lira to go up. We don't know if she was official or scammer. The view from top was amazing. Clock tower is also location on Skanderbeg square.

👍 Nice looking monument. Would be better if there was a sign explaining what exactly it is. Cool how they built a building around it.
