    Snap a photo if you walk past. Otherwise, there's nothing here, not even an identifying marker, just a reasonably pretty building on a street full of them.

đź‘Ť Clock tower had no queues to go up. There was a lady on ground who asks for 200 lira to go up. We don't know if she was official or scammer. The view from top was amazing. Clock tower is also location on Skanderbeg square.
