Good location right in the heart of Tirana, clean place, friendly family owned business. Breakfast is ok daily same menu. Weird though they don't allow you to fill water bottle. The view from our room is nice overlooking some of the city and the mountains.

This hotel started off well with a nice looking dining area however as soon as you reached the room, you are greeted with the smell of smoke upon entering you get some very dull lighting with a bathroom light barely working - this accompanied the heat up seat as photographed and the broken bars in the bathroom but it was all forgivable Then after a noisy sleep between boiler sounds and noisy doors slamming, I tried to shower and was greeted by a freezing cold shower that couldn’t be used in the winter cold I decided to pay €5 for the breakfast and that was a mistake - the coffee was extremely bad and there was very little selection with just eggs as warm food The bright side of this stay is that the lady working the desk in the morning was really nice so shoutout to her

Good location, clean and friendly reception. Apartment had v basic cutlery eg no tin opener! Some items damaged eg drawer.

Recommended for adventurers only. Impossible to find anything in the room or in the bathroom that is not broken or out of order.

Horrible hotel.all of it stinks sh...t.there is no front desk. The Heater doesn't work. The owner is so rude and shouted at me. The area is being under construction and always noisy.can't sleep. Heater doesn't work. They took my money and then they said I must change the room as another guest came in.they even turn off elevator at night

A good impression in a way. Central. Fine room. Not so fine outside. Easy to shopping street. Kind reception service. Perhaps 3 overall. Easy way to airport. I stayed there only one night due to flight the next Day.

The hotel owner was really lovely and caring. My friend was very sick and the hotel owner took her to the hospital and was there for her all day. We can warmly recommend this hotel.

Organisation: Als wir ankamen war unser gebuchtes Zimmer noch nicht sauber von der Person vorher. Man sagte uns, jetzt würde es jemand putzen und es sei in fünf Minuten fertig. Aus fünf Minuten wurde eine Stunde, die wir in der Lobby warten mussten, obwohl wir in der Zeit mehrfach um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten haben. Angeblich war keins mehr frei, aber als wir ankündigten, in ein anderes Hotel zu gehen, war plötzlich ein anderer Raum für uns frei. Wir wären schon viel früher gegangenen, wenn wir nicht zum sofortigen Bezahlen gedrängt worden wären und unsere Bitten um Erstattung bzw. Ersatz einfach ignoriert wurden mit dem Verweis, der Raum sei gleich fertig. Übrigens sind wir um 16h angekommen, Checkin ist bereits um 13h. Also war genug Zeit, den Raum fertig zu machen. Hotel: Sehr hellhörig, man hört die anderen Zimmer drum herum. Im Aufzug spielt Musik und wenn man in einem Zimmer neben dem Aufzug schläft, hört man die Musik die ganze Nacht. Im Flur ist ein Bewegungsmelder fürs Licht und die Tür nicht dicht, daher ist es auch immer wieder nachts hell. Wir wurden morgens um 8h vom Personal geweckt, die unser Auto umparken wollten. Um 10.30h hat der Zimmerservice einfach unseren Raum aufgeschlossen, obwohl wir uns noch für den Checkout fertig gemacht haben. Sonst ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen, aber in Ordnung, das Bett ist gemütlich. Frühstück war prima. Parken: Es gibt einen sehr engen Parkplatz vor dem Hotel. Man muss den Autoschlüssel an der Rezeption abgeben, weil sie unten die Autos immer wieder neu rangieren für mehr Parkplätze der Gäste. Lage: Man ist in wenigen Minuten fussläufig in der Stadt, das ist schön.

Ich empfehle niemanden in diesem Hotel zu übernachten!! Wir wollten im Voraus die Zimmer sehen, bevor wir eine Nacht buchen. Wir mussten die Zimmernummer selber suchen denn das Personal hat es nicht für nötig gehalten, mit uns zusammen das Zimmer anzusehen. Wir wurden regelrecht belästigt das wir das Zimmer zahlen sollen. Wir wurden in wenigen Minuten mehrmals aufgefordert sofort zu zahlen, wobei wir im Voraus ausgemacht haben, erst nach Besichtigung des Zimmers zu zahlen. Anschließend wurden wir aus unschöner Art und Weise aus dem Hotel geschmissen. Wir haben noch nie so ein unfreundliches und Inkompetentes Hotel Personal gesehen.

Great hotel, clean rooms and very helpful staff. Location is perfect , 3 min walk from the main centre square. Breakfast is buffet style with nice selection , recommend to all tourists visiting beautiful Tirana .

Wie viele vorher schon schrieben, das Hotel ist sauber, die Betten bequem. Jedoch extrem hellhörig, die erste Nacht gabs sehr viele sehr laute Nachbarn. Das Frühstück ist leider gar nichts. Kaum Auswahl, es wird nur sporadisch audgefüllt. Das internet brach ständig zusammen.

The best hotel !! Rooms were nice & clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful for everything. Nice breakfast was served each morning with fresh juices and location is right in the heart of Tirana centre . I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit Albania !
