Tiznit
is
a
great,
friendly,
interesting
and
dusty
old
town
almost
free
of
hassle
and
bustle,
even
in
the
souk
and
small
kasbah.
Even
so,
to
step
through
th
old
carved
door
in
a
wall
(a
camera
keeps
an
eye
on
your
car)
into
the
garden
of
Riad
Janoub
is
a
joy,
to
rest
awhile
with
birdsong,
the
lap
of
a
small
fountain
and
the
cobalt
blue
pool.
The
breakfast
is
superb,
tasty
and
filling
with
eggs
any
way
you
like.
The
staff
are
helpful,
friendly
but
not
intrusive,
and
like
everyone
down
here,
seem
to
smile
all
the
time.
In
winter,
the
nights
are
cool
but
there
is
heating
in
the
room.
The
bed
was
comfortable
and
the
shower,
although
gentle,
nice
and
warm.
There's
a
safe
in
the
room,
comfortable
chairs
every
where,
and
a
relaxing
sun
terrace.
For
a
stay
in
Tiznit,
I
doubt
you
can
do
better.
No
alcohol
of
course,
like
most
residences,
but
there
is
a
fridge
near
the
pool
with
soft
drinks
on
honesty
principle
of
signing
for
what
you
use.
