I've just had an excellent stay here. Perfect from start to finish. The riad itself is beautifully decorated and has a lovely pool (though I didn't try it). It looks especially pretty lit up at night. The staff were fantastic and enormously helpful and keen to please. The owner wasn't there but ensured via phone that all was well. One of the staff gave me two terrific guided tours of the town, explaining the history and culture, showing me some of his personal collection and taking me to the beach and to meet local artists and an author. Breakfast was gigantic, way too much for me, but I enjoyed having such a great selection of foods, and it's the only place I've stayed in 5 weeks of travels in Morocco that has offered fruit at breakfast too, which was a welcome change. The room itself was large, beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. I had a brilliant few days here and can't fault the place. Even the toilet paper was of excellent quality!

Riad Janoub Tiznit exceeded all my expectations during my two-day stay. The Moroccan architecture, exceptional service, and delicious cuisine left me thoroughly impressed. A true 5-star experience in the heart of Tiznit. I can't wait to return! i recommend it 100% (y)

This was by far the highlight of our journey! The moment we have entered the Riad we were greeted by the owner/manager of the accommodation. He personally walked us through the hotel and showed us the points of interest. I have bad back, and I felt comfortable to ask him if the beds are soft (IMPORTANT: In Morocco beds are very stiff), and he in the moment upgraded us to a room with anatomical mattress. Breakfast was great! I am gluten free (not by choice, and yes I have a lot of demands, again not by choice) and owner went above and beyond so I can enjoy the local cuisine. A lot of unique features like, traditional sitting area, self-service "I trust you" minibar, designated smoking area, 4 or 5 Internet routers so every place is covered and so many other things that I could write. I mean the place is so clean that owner shows you the kitchen, so you know where they make your food. How not to appreciate that!? Moroccan people are polite by nature, but what I also noticed is that the staff in this hotel had been trained. From the way they serve the food to the way they talk with travelers. To be honest, there was no difference from this staff to high 5 star European hotels. From everything written, I guess you can tell I am impressed. My girlfriend and I feel so fortunate to have stayed in the accommodation and from my heart I recommend it! Thank You Mr. Abi and great Riad Janoub staff!

We were traveling in Western Sahara and on the way back from Dakhla to Agadir we stopped in Riad Janoub. It was exactly what we needed after an exhausting but beautiful road trip. The Riad is a hidden gem in the area where it's not easy to find a comfortable and elegant place. It wrapped up our experience of Morocco perfectly. We've travelled all around the world and as an architect and an artist we are sensitive about the place. The owner is a great host and hospitality professional, giving you all the comfort, cleanness, ergonomic beds, big tasty breakfast - a fusion of continental and authentic local cuisine; all the luxury for a very reasonable price. Spending time there was for sure like living an experience of Arabic tales, where the atmosphere, environment and their people discreetly fulfil all your senses. We will be back for sure and we warmly recommend this place. Borut and Irena

We had the pleasure of staying at Riad Janoub for 6 days and we enjoyed every seconde of our stay! Priya and Aby make you feel like you are guests in their home. Rooms are very spacious and have all necesities and more at hand. Breakfast is luxurious with a variaty of local and global specialities. Diner is a mix of Moroccon and Indian flavors what makes it yummy 😁. The Riad is an Oasis of peace, right in the middle of Tiznit city. We Will certainly go back here.

What a wonderful hotel!! This is the only place you should stay in Tiznit. Rooms are spacious, beautifully appointed and so comfortable. Aby is such a friendly and helpful host. We didn’t eat at the hotel but heard that the food is amazing.

Aby was a wonderful host, who took the time to tell us about the local culture and things to do in the region. The rooms are tastefully and beautifully furnished, while the pool and lounge areas are a very nice touch. We had the best meal of our trip in the courtyard, with the pool as a beautiful backdrop, and the homemade harissa paste was a delicious culinary highlight. Bicycles are available at the hotel and breakfast was good too.

Tiznit is a great, friendly, interesting and dusty old town almost free of hassle and bustle, even in the souk and small kasbah. Even so, to step through th old carved door in a wall (a camera keeps an eye on your car) into the garden of Riad Janoub is a joy, to rest awhile with birdsong, the lap of a small fountain and the cobalt blue pool. The breakfast is superb, tasty and filling with eggs any way you like. The staff are helpful, friendly but not intrusive, and like everyone down here, seem to smile all the time. In winter, the nights are cool but there is heating in the room. The bed was comfortable and the shower, although gentle, nice and warm. There's a safe in the room, comfortable chairs every where, and a relaxing sun terrace. For a stay in Tiznit, I doubt you can do better. No alcohol of course, like most residences, but there is a fridge near the pool with soft drinks on honesty principle of signing for what you use.

I spent a wonderful and unforgettable time at Riad Al Janoub hotel. From the moment I entered this luxurious hotel, I felt relaxed and welcomed. The room was adorned with luxury and beautiful traditional decor, and the service was excellent. I enjoyed peaceful moments by the pool, admiring the breathtaking views. The restaurant's food was delicious and diverse, and there was never a dull moment during my stay. In short, my stay at Riad Al Janoub was a memorable experience, and I look forward to returning again.

Great place. Unfortunately due to Covid it was empty with no other guests. But the place was spotless and the manager was extremely helpful with a nice welcome tea and great services. The rooms were very nice with a heater and great facilities. Beautiful place and amazing pool. Would go there again. Highly recommended. Good fresh breakfast

Riad Janoub is the best place in Tiznit. It was very relaxed and peaceful. It was also very safe with security cameras and keys to get into the garden. Breakfast was good. It included some Moroccan style cuisine. There is great internet. Very helpful and friendly staff.

It was extremely a bad experience, I had expected to spend here five nights but after the fourth one the manager ordered me to change the room to a bit small private one, that is not designated to host guests. So, unfortunately I chose to look out for another appropriate room outside. This riad is located near a high antenna, perhaps that is the origin of the headach of my friends and me. I d like to thank Med the waiter, for his professional services.

I've been contacted by a freelancer from India asking me to leave a positive feedback for a payment of 20 Dirhams. This is scammy and unethical. All reviews left oevr the last 24 hours look like fake ones. You can see by yourself.
