It was my first time visiting. However, I suddenly took a wrong turn and went to Nishitama Cemetery f(^^; I searched again and moved towards the entrance hall in the valley of Hinode-cho. If you walk past the hall and go up further, you will find a parking lot! A hut-like office was being constructed across the street. I felt like stopping by for a bit, so I looked at the map at the entrance, set the first scenic point as my destination, and started my walk. We arrived safely while enjoying the fallen leaves and nuts. I had a great time and had a great view. While returning along the same path, I picked up fallen leaves, pine cones, and dead branches... "Winter Wreath" is completed. Next time I would like to go for a walk a little deeper.

This is a forest park that stretches from the Ken-o Expressway of the Sobana Hills and the Nishitama Cemetery to the Ashishita River. There are various routes, each with different points of interest. Due to the large number of flora and fauna and the well-protected environment, you can see a variety of animals such as foxes, owls, beetles, giant purple crabs, and freshwater crabs, as well as plants such as tiger lilies, hostas, and wild cherry blossoms, according to the guide map. It was written.

The road is well-maintained, easy to walk, and there are almost no steep slopes. However, in the summer, spider webs cling to your body. You can cover most of the roads in about 2 and a half hours. 2023/7/4

a natural forest It is a quiet and very relaxing place as there are no cars, motorcycles or bicycles allowed. In the summer, it's a good idea to have something like a mosquito net, as it's uncomfortable because of the insects.

It was a good hiking course for beginners. From the administration building, head towards the ridge and join Plant Observation Model Course 2. At the intersection with Plant Observation Model Course 1, descend towards Myokengu Shrine. From there, we took the 2-hour Satoyama course back the way we came and returned to the administration building.

It's called a wild bird forest, but there aren't that many wild birds. However, be careful as there are unnecessarily clean restrooms and the road to the parking lot is narrow!

I went for a leisurely walk, but the first hill was a bit steep! However, once I got to the ridge, I was able to walk slowly without much ups and downs. There is a view point, but it feels a little open.

A very beautiful small mountain. Has a few hiking trails. You can see a lot of birds. Time it right and if you are a bit lucky, you can spot a paradise Flycatcher. Toilet facility is available at the parking area.

This is a good place to walk your dog. There are snakes in the summer so be careful.
