The place is an excellent get away, wonderful staff, beautiful view, well attended hotel over all. The only thing is the wifi is slow and connectivity wont reach the 3rd floor. Aside from that everything else was EXCELLENT

Best hotel on tolu, have direct access to the beach and a great view, friendly environmental and good prices, near by beautiful island very close, very beautiful beaches.

Excellent hotel, it was beautiful and the weather was delicious, the hotel is a little far of the Tolu but it wasn't problem because you can order food at home, the internet was very fast in the rooms.

The place is new and very well appointed. The service left too much to be desired. I mean personal was kind and helpful, it is more their business case which make not much sense: there is no staff to take your suitcase to the room, the restaurant open on limited times and has a limited fare (really, yesterday night there were only 3 meal options), you have to leave a deposit for "cleaning" ... But the place is lovely, very, very peaceful and quiet.

I unfortunately cannot give this place a great review. We stayed here for 3 nights. This hotel has no hot water, no Wi-Fi, and the breakfast is of very small portions and low quality food. The people who work here are quite nice but the hotel does not live up to expectations nor the price that they charge.

The hotel is located next to a cement plant. Waters are not the prettiest. And the view, well, it's not ideal. Also, WiFi is awful. Not functional for business people. Buffet menu is limited but good. And the pool for kids doesn't operate all day.
