Best anywhere in Tolu, is 20cop which is less than 7 dollars, for which you get a TV, own bathroom.. No hot water but it's not freezing either. Helped me out with getting to the Dr, I had sika virus..wasn't contracted there though. My second visit..it's not fancy but for the price it excels!/great location too as I forgot to mention that you can purchase tickets to the islands nearby. I also seem to remember I got to watch the NFL in my room!
