Since this store reopened the new staff here are horrible. They're rude and on their phones when they have a full store. They don't accept online returns in store, you can't receive cash back when you paid in cash only store credit, and the layout of the store is a mess. The old Charlotte Russe was way better and the old crew were 100% better. Don't waste your time in this store

I usual don’t use bad reviews or leave reviews at all but I was disgusted by the way I was treated at this store yesterday the girl working did not greet anyone into the store she was on her phone the whole time then when I was paying she threw my bag to me, I didn’t know I was done so she rudely said “your done” . Next time I know to knock somethings off the shelf so she can really have an attitude! 😒

I am not sure why I even still try with this place. It's always a mess, stuff everywhere- like walking into a disaster after a tornado has gone off. Staff is not friendly.

I can always find cheap cute clothes here, and I love the refuge jeans

Fine print of their products will be destroyed and ruin your other clothes if you wash them. No point in buying them unless you want to dye your other clothes.

I've been trying to call the store now for 5 days nobody answers the phone I've already tried six times today nobody answers the phone I guess Charlotte does not want our business
