Staff here is great, new remodel looks great, but from the few times I've been here I've realized the management isn't exactly the greatest. Seeing the same few faces everytime i go which is normally a good thing because you can get closer with the employees. However the employees look tired and are in need of a break. Aside from that good food and friendly staffing.

This Subway on Seymour St. In the City of Tonawanda is very good. Very fast and friendly service. The food seems pretty good. Nice selection. Large variety of soft drinks. Decent views out a lot of windows. Clean, simple set-up. Located a short walk from the Historic Erie Canal and Gateway Park.

Very clean store, very friendly employees, and delicious subs every single time. This is the only subway I visit and I come all the way from GI.

No tip for fastfood places. Please. Stop robbing customers and stop getting richer at the cost customers. Customers already pay a lot for food prices, they do not have to pay extra for your employees. You should pay your employees decent wage and not ask customers to pay for the. You are not asking customers to pay any less for the food? Customers lose both way ( pay high price for food and pay your employee) and you win both ways (charge high price to customers and pay employee less n make customers pay the employee wag gap)so you can be richer. Stop the greed n stop donating to Israel.

Customers should Not have to pay Tip at subway. Come on, you owners are charging customers a lot and you also want ys to pay your workers so that customers can lose more money and you guys can make more money by charging customers more and by making customers pay for your workers. Have some ethics. Stop being soooo greedy for money.

Went there this evening at 5:15pm. We had placed two different mobile orders on two different devices/apps for our family of 6. As soon as they saw which order was ours, they began talking to each other quietly "well it is the first of the month" in front of my husband! As if we must be on welfare because of what we ordered or because we have 4 kids? There was only one other group of 4 adults in the restaurant before we arrived. Then, after we ate inside the restaurant, we placed another order on the app to go. At this point, the other group had left, so it was pretty quiet in there. The two female employees began talking about us to each other saying "they ordered 3 times" " well obviously they're still hungry" "how could they still be hungry?" All the while, there was a customer waiting at the counter to order. Besides that one customer, we were the only group in there. It was beyond rude and insulting to have employees talking about you not only in front of another customer but to where you can clearly hear them. Why does it matter how much we ordered as long as it's being paid for? Can't say I would ever order from this Subway again just based on their rudeness alone.

Viola's steak & cheese subs are like a staple of Niagara Falls! Lately I haven't been a fan because it seems like they changed their subs around but I can't quite tell what!!! When I seen a few more options on their menu like salads I was excited to try because I was craving a good salad. The salad was the best one around here and pretty quick to-go , big portion and cheap. I'll probably order this weekly on my lunch breaks.

One worker was openly shaming the other in front of everyone in the store about the number of salamis that go on a sub. Made me so uncomfortable I had to walk out. The worker getting scolded looked extremely embarrassed. Unacceptable in this day and age.

The sub was tasty but not enough meat unfortunately.

For large chain food it's always good for sure only thing is like with so many others the price goes up and the portions down ...I understand the financial situation we are all in and cost of goods has gone up across the board but let's not be greedy ..up the cost if you must but make me a dam sammich where I can taste more than the bread and lettuce

Ick. Overpriced tiny processed meats on tiny overprocessed rolls, why? Wegmans subs are 4 times bigger, and cost less.

Staff is very attentive, not looking for tips, although I'm sure they appreciate them. Sub was made to spec, looked like the picture.

One of the nicer Subways I've been to. I've always had fresh bread. Location of the business is at the end of a shopping plaza so parking is kinda weird lol. Overall good service. Once in awhile I get a snippy worker lol.

Went there for the free 6 inch sub. They said they stopped doing it at 12:00..... despite it being 11:50.

The last two times I've been there the girl behind the counter (time I arrived 6:15 pm, Saturday 3-19-2022) was rude. She announced that she didn't have enough bread to serve all the customers even though it was dinnertime both times I was there! There was another tray and a half of bread she put aside and told the other employee that bread was "hers". Since when does an employee keep product when it's needed to sell? This is a terrible employee who needs to be fired,!

Dude was pretty grumpy to us 20 minutes before close...understandable...to a point. Smile and be pleasant serving me and whine about it with your coworker behind closed doors. I tried to be quick with my sandwich choices. I don't need to see the effects of your poor life choices 25 year old Subway guy.

Mara and kareenna were super friendly from the minute I walked in the door. Mara recommended the elite chicken bacon rach and definitely glad I listened. Was impressed with the cleanliness of the place from the tables and floor being spotless. And both of them had amazing personality and had me laughing the whole time I was in there definitely recommend the subway over others
