If you're looking for a place for your group go eat on the island. This is the place you want to go. If you're biking here, bike parking gets full around noon. Reservations recommended. I also recommend 1 pizza 🍕 per adult. Service is fast and the view on a sunny day is unbeatable. Credit cards accepted.

The calamari melts in your mouth. The staff are very friendly, in particularly Yuki. There is a clear English and Japanese menu. The pizza had delicious fresh ingredients. If you’re looking for a lil type fancy treat. Go here 👍

Well-designed atmosphere and great selection of specialty island beer. The architectural detailing and its relationship to the adjacent sea is remarkable. Exceptional food quality. One of the best restaurant experiences in Japan.

Food were really good. The ingredients are all from the island. Fishes are from the sea and veggies and rice are from the area. Everything was so fresh and tasty.

Magnificent setting for a beautiful meal of local produce. Staff are very friendly. The sounds and sights of the sea before you are blissful.

Beautiful restaurant with a tranquil view of the Seto Inland Sea - perfect to grab lunch or a drink after visiting Teshima Art Museum (~40mim walk, faster by bike) and wandering around the island. Everything is made from local produce and is delicious. The design and atmosphere are very elegant.

If you're coming here during the Setouchi Triennale, make a reservation! This place is right by the water with perfect views, great atmosphere (good for couples!), wonderful service and delicious pizza baked in a proper pizza oven.

Pizza 🍕 was great but not savoy Tokyo level. The chilli pizza was very spicy 🥵 I also enjoyed the oyster pizza. The view was awesome though, so I recommend booking ahead so that you can request a table next to the water 🌊

No longer serving pizza as of June 2023. Menu has transitioned to Italian pasta and salads only, which was disappointing since we came in search of pizza. Pastas were not bad for Japan. No vegetarian pastas listed on the menu but they were able to make changes to menu items to accommodate vegetarians. The setting is beautiful right on the water and wine and beer choices were very nice. Adding half a star for being open on a Monday afternoon when the only other two vegetarian-friendly restaurants on the island were closed despite being listed as open on Google Maps.

Amazing view and very friendly staff. Food was OK but far from what we expected or what others told us. Took forever (3h) to get all dishes ordered and not at all worthy the hype or reviews from others.

Charming setting with a spacious dining and zen vibe. Japanese fusion in a casual though tasty way. 3 starters including fish carpaccio and eggplant mouse. All are mains also spectacular. Limited hours to plan accordingly.

Dessert gelato highly recommended.
