Not sure if the stylists are clueless about hair care but the stylist who was doing my hair proceeded to get a blow dryer to 'dry' my hair. This is after I just got out from under the steamer after deep conditioning my hair. I had to tell her that we're meant to rinse it out first before drying. This was really odd to me and it was not a good first experience at the salon.
