Great place, fair prices and good food. The environment is also very calm. Just needs good maintenance and the front office staff needs to be more courteous to customers. 😊 I would definitely recommend if you're visiting Warri.

Webster Hotel was very cool initially but right now I feel its management should change their staff at the reception. They are not friendly and they talk like they’re doing customers a favour. When making inquiries, they keep silent on phone and answers when they desire. As a HR professional, if I were part of mgt and I get these sort of ugly reports from customers I’d sack all of them at the reception because their attitude at the reception can create a bad image for the brand or company as a whole. Another attitude is room service, some of them have a mentality of seeing any girl at the hotel as pr*st*tut* during service.

Fair prices. Nice rooms. Nice reception too. I didn't get to eat much from the hotel but I was served complimentary breakfast- just 👌 food. On the other side of the hotel, building is still ongoing quietly. I would recommend. Definitely my hotel on my next visit

Great place to stay, nice environment and relatively cheap. I would have given a 4 or 5 star but for two reasons. The phone number on their online profile is never answered. Chances of you making enquiries remotely is low. Second is the attitude of their security men. They wash your car before you wake and when you are about leaving they stand by your car like you requested for car wash service and therefore must pay.

I recently stayed at the Webster Hotel in Warri and had a fantastic experience. The food at the hotel's restaurant was outstanding, offering a diverse menu with delicious options. The manager was always willing to support and ensure that my stay was enjoyable. The receptionists warmly welcomed me and provided excellent customer service throughout my stay. I would highly recommend the Webster Hotel for both its great food and the welcoming staff.
