My visit to this restaurant was a highlight of my time in Torino. The starter was a creative blend of quail egg, cheese, and a hint of cinnamon, setting the stage for the meal to come. The bread was outstanding, undoubtedly the best I’ve had during my stay in Italy. The Spaghetti di Gragnano with sea urchin was a standout dish, enhanced by the delicate balance of garlic and lime. For dessert I definitely recommend to try “Il frutto proibito” – a white chocolate mousse encased in a red apple shape, with a refreshing core of apple, gin, and limoncello. This place is a must visiting!!
