Staff is very selfish rude and non Menard they are bypass the patient on their well-known ones. I have my own experience at their. She send 5 patients before me who they were after me. And start giving me very stupid excuses. Which are very unacceptable. Ie She said to me "I can call all the otherpeoplewhoare not sould yet and will put you behindof them "

This clinic hires incompetent and unprofessional receptionists who have no clue of what they are doing. They always wanna seem to rush you off the call and can't be bothered to assist when needed. I had called and spoke to one of the receptionist named Rakshanda, who had difficulty comprehending anything I was saying and had an extremely rude tone throughout the call. She had asked me for my name 3 times which I had to spell out phonetically. She had placed me on a long hold without an apology for the long wait time. A complete and utter lack of phone etiquette from all the receptionists at this location. A coaching opportunity is definitely needed.

Dr Seema Ahmed was very kind and helpful and the staff was helpful as well!

I'd like to start off by explaining how horrible the receptionist is at her job. She had me sit down and wait 30 minutes for the doctor even though there were no other patients. When the lazy doctor finally arrived, he asked me a few questions and then started yelling at me for answering them. He's horrible at his job, to those reading this, never go there as you will waste your precious time and will be threatened with security. Patients are the sole reason that doctors have their jobs, yet the doctor doesn't want patients. 1/10 clinic, they are greedy scammers. Do not give any personal information to them, I can't believe they still have their jobs. Please listen. Horrible clinic. They charge OHIP only to kick you out without professional help. This so called "clinic" should be shut down IMMEDIATELY.

The receptionist(s) remain unprofessional and very rude. It is unclear if they understand that they are dealing with the health of individuals who are unwell. If an individual can not follow a name being spelled out several times? Is this the role they should be in. Am I to trust you with my health reports? There isn't a single polite, professional competent receptionist there. They ALL simply could not care less about the role they are in. Good luck having anyone return your call or answer the phone. So ?When someone shows you they are incompetent? Believe them. It's your health. Further you never know when the clinic is going to be open or when there is going to be a Dr.? It is extremely frustrating. The sign indicated 9:30 you wait until 10:00 and still no one shows up. The sign indicates till 4:00pm at 3:30, the Dr. has already left. After over 30 years I've had to go elsewhere.

Worst experience, dont waste your precious time, doctor will make you wait for years for your turn. Patients monitored for 20-25 minutes each, no matter how many patients are already waiting.

Rude staff/receptionist at the doctor’s office who yelled at me over the phone just for asking a question. I asked if I could speak to the doctor but she yelled at me that she’s the clinic owner so I should talk to her instead. Unnecessary attitude and unprofessional behaviour.

Very bad service...!!! I hurt my knee and visited this clinic... doctor charged me 60$ just to visit and the doctor even checked my knee and gave me just a note for painkiller... he did not gave me a doctor's note as he said he can do only one check in one visit.... then i called them for the note and they said you can come and doctor will write a note but when i visited today for the note they charged me 40$ and then doctor said he can't write it... so just for 2 minutes he charged me 40$ after waiting for 45 minutes..... the doctor was very rude and he did not talked nicely.... Doctor's work is to treat people nicely...!! But this is not happening here...!!! Very disappointed....!!!

If I could give negative stars I would.. worst walk in clinic ever. Been there a couple times with my brothers and everytime we get “oh it’s allergies” this time I went on Jan 31. Dr Ahmed I think was her name barely checked me didn’t even listen to my lungs barely looked at my throat and prescribed antibiotics. I’m still feeling awful so I went elsewhere turns out I have a very bad infection. DO NOT RECOMMEND! I don’t even know how they’re allowed to be open and see people. Shouldn’t even be doctors.

These guys don't even call their patients! I'm going to file a complaint to CPSO about this place. If they can't serve patients, why charge their Health cards? Why are they still open?

Extremely improfessional walk in clinic. Reception dose not know what they are doing! Wasted time getting my TB test there! Also went again reception told me to come in, rang the door bell and she had me waiting for plus 5 mins by cold door with my kids, when I called for the 3rd time as she requested she told me to go home the doctor would call when ytd she told me to come in. Reception who is Indian than went to Indian doctor and told him to refuse care to me!!! DR. Ghandi told me he wouldn't see me in front off the whole waiting room! No professionalism. Refused to me me CPSO NUMBER and threatened to call security. He abuses yh3 healtcare system by continually booking appointments for unnecessary reasons.

Doctors still aren't accepting to see patients, all over the phone, and it will take them more than an hour to call you. Avoid this place!

Zero customer service.Today i visit that clinic the old lady at counter said we close .And closing time is 4pm in actual.I had a severe fever.I am student and don’t have time even i was even cant walk .The lady is so rude.They don’t care about your health.She said no doctors available.Then no mean of open clinic.i will suggest never go there.

Worst Service Ever, they do exploit their customers and care about making money only. I wish there could have been an option for no star. Doctors are a joke here and they completely ruined the meaning of Doctor's oath. My friend asked for Dr. Note which was so genuine as she could not walk at all and has been a client for 6 yrs to them but they gave one FAF form and said only one form at one visit. Such a stupid excuse and the receptionist is the Worst + Dr. GAANI who give 2 min service for $60 in cash and then ask for $40 for not giving a note. Never got to this place and my heartily condolences to my frndz who have been through the same.

EXCELLENT! Dr. Ghani is great and very professional. He took the time to listen to all my issues, did a good check up and prescribed what I needed. The receptionist was very good too.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO DOCTOR GHANI My sister had pneumonia and he kept treating it like a cold, and kept ignoring the seriousness of it even though we went multiple time. For your own family's safety please go to a reliable doctor.

I just called in yesterday and today and I have to say the receptionist is the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to she was just yelling in my face over the phone, and being extremely extremely rude.

There’s only 2 doctors I speak to at this clinic, however the clinic says they’re open however it seems like the receptionist do not want to answer the calls. If the clinic is fully book please just let patients know the clinic won’t be taking any more patients instead of not answering the phone I’ve been calling since 11:07am it’s already 1:27pm and no one has answered the phone that’s very unprofessional.

I came to see a doctor, the doctor was not there. Receptionist told me to wait in the room. When the doctor came, he asked me few questions. I asked if he can prescribe me antibiotic, because of my symptoms. He started to throw anger and tantrum on me. He refused to continue with assesment. He asked me to leave the clinic. He told to the receptionist to ask me to leave, so coward is he. The receptionist threatened me with the security if I don't leave. These doctor need mental help. It was not professional at all. How this mentally ill doctor can treat people who needs professional medical help, when he needs medical help himself.

Doctors are just making money, only giving 5 minutes , always in rush. doesn’t assess or listen properly-Poor services.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST WALK-IN CLINIC!! I was involved in a very serious and terrifying car accident. I saw Dr. Ikram Ghani explained to him that I was in pain and I have high anxiety from operating a motor vehicle. He said that the most he could recommend is 2-3 days off work because “I’m lucky and could of been hurt a lot worst” he then made me aware that this a walk-in clinic and they don’t deal with matters like this. I tried explaining to him how I felt about operating a motor vehicle seeing how the accident happened about 3days ago I wanted him to know that I am yes in a lot of pain physically but mentally it’s concerning to me because I’m afraid to drive. He asked me how much days I think I need but before I could say anything he said will only give me 3days because I’m not badly hurt plus the accident happened 3 days ago so I’m fine and 3 days is the most he’s willing to give me. So I stated again that I’m mentally not able to comfortably commute to and from work and that I live over an hour away. He basically told me too bad!! He didn’t offer that I get treatment elsewhere for my anxiety feelings due to the accident. Nor did he suggest I get help like therapy for my pain. Just 3 days and pain killers!! Worst Doctor I’ve ever encountered. Shame on you Ikram Ghani shame on you! You do not deserve to practice Medicine. You may not have to answer to me or your employer but you will have to eventually answer to God for the way you don’t treat patients!! Do not visit here. They will make you feel worst off when you leave. Poor Quality and no empathy!

Dr. Ghani was the most unprofessional, unethical and most disrespectful dr I have ever seen in my life. I don’t ever write reviews, but this is unacceptable. He does not even deserve 1 star. As a professional health care worker myself, which he was not aware, he does not belong in any health care setting. This is not what they teach in school in terms of dealing with patients. He showed authority and intimidation. I pay his salary for crying out loud. He treated me like I was visiting his home begging for food. I just can’t imagine how many other patients he abuses like this. He literally walked out of the room simply because I was not comfortable with the treatment. He made thing very personal and escalated it 0 to 100 real quick. He showed no empathy or care to how I was feeling, he told me to leave. But I was desperate for assistance and I did not know where to go. Drs like him makes one think twice about the Canadian health system. Patients have rights and dignity. Dr can not use power and position to intimidate the patients. HE EVEN SAID TO ME I AM ACTING LIKE A CHILD just because I was afraid. I was hoping the dr to say don’t worry you will be fine. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC OR YOU WILL REGRET. They don’t even have this treatment in third world countries where some of us migrated from. He seems to take advantage of the vulnerable. I even witnessed him miss treating an elderly who came in for a wound care. The elderly are the most vulnerable in our community and need to be respected. He was sharing with me how the elderly lady was homeless and poor and uneducated etc. this is a breach of the Personal Health information Act (PHIA). A dr should not share other patients info with other patients. I wish I had time and energy to report him to authorities but I do not have the time and resources to do so. AVOID THAT CLINIC AND REPORT HIM IF YOU ARE A VICTOM.

WORST EXPERIENCE don’t RECOMMEND I had to wait 2 hours to see a doctor and 1 more hr on top of that if I have to give them a review it would be a negative 1 it’s horrible the wait time is ridiculous. The doctors have no idea what they are doing at all I had to go to them 2 times in the month each month about the same problem I have been having.

The doctors in this clinic are very co-operatives and I am fully 👍🏻satisfied with their services. Receptionists guide us adequately and very helpful🙏🏻
