Their coach spoke russian to our daughter. We asked for english. Our requests were ignored, and he continued to speak russian, meanwhile our schedule was changed three times in a short span of time (last change immediately after a polite email request to speak english to our daughter as she does not understand russian). In response to our complaint the administrators at the club insulted us and 'banned' us from the club. We were shocked by the abhorrent, repugnant treatment at this club in Toronto, Canada.

I had my first class here as part of the adult recreational program. I loved it! I was so nervous to start because I am a total newby but they were really nice and really helpful! It was also just very fun and a great workout. I recommend signing up.

Facility has musty smell all the time, may needs refresh the ventilation system. A lady in charge in the 2023 Spring session was so picky and rude. Punished kid without asking the reason, twice within 1.5 hour when I was not accompanied. As what the owner replied Alex in review “you will find a club suits you better”, the customer service needs improvement. Arrogant attitude must not help. Update after Owner reply: Exactly respond that I expected. The TGI attitude is I am what I am, if you feel any uncomfortable or have complain, go for somewhere else. Thanks for your frankness.

I enrolled my twin sons in to the recreational boys program over the spring and they absolutely LOVED it. Their instructor, Shannon was fabulous and both boys were excited to attend each week. They were priced higher than other gyms but I believe it to be worth it. They were organized and professional through out the spring session and seem to really care about the gymnasts. We will be back in the fall!!

My 3 children love it here. The camps and the recreational programs have fantastic staff. The assistant head coach was also very professional and respectful.

This place is outstanding! Amazing and friendly staff and wonderful coaches.

Love this place, my daughter really grew and excelled in her first class here. Holding back the last star as it's so difficult to get registered for a class... As it is, even wait-list for her level is full. Great staff and more than just running around, they actually we're teaching skills to young children.

Administration is very bad. No clear communication especially on costs and plans for competition. Acrobatics program shut down after 2 years. Teachers are amazing though!

Great facility and coaches. Kids have been going there for 3 years....always enjoy it and are developing valuable physical and soft skills.

My 4 kids have participated in many programs at TGI over the years -always with immense enjoyment and great social and physical benefits. My youngest is now a member of the competitive acrobatics team under the amazing and experienced guidance of Head Coach Ren, and his dedicated coaching team. The training is top-notch with an emphasis on discipline, teamwork and encouragement. The kids thrive and love going to work with their coaches and teammates each day! Thank you, Ren, Nikki, Suzie and the everyone else from the acro “family”!

Our kids have been going to TGI for 4 years and it has always been a wonderful experience. Most recently, they have joined their Acro program which has been very beneficial for them physically, mentally and socially. Their coaches are very experienced and knowledgeable. They know how to push the athletes in a fun and motivating way. My kids have the best time when they are there and have formed such wonderful friendships with their teammates. Thank you TGI for all the amazing staff and fantastic programs. Excited to continue our gymnastics journey with TGI.
