We were travelling with my father-in-law, who is rather frail, and they were absolutely wonderful with him. Our driver was so patient and kind. They made the transfer so very easy and worry-free. The ride was superb, the company was wonderful and the vehicle was top notch. Don't fly. Forget the train. The drive through New Brunswick and Nova Scotia does NOT disappoint, and the best way to see it is from the back seats. I strongly recommend this service!

Picked up from Toronto Pearson Airport. Our driver waited at the airport and was super friendly. We were offered water bottles and hand sanitizer. The vehicle was clean. There was no hassle in making an online booking. I got the confirmation email fairly quickly and I was given the driver’s name and vehicle number. I recommend Canada Limo!

We have paid for premium pricing to ensure there will be a car for us when we arrive at the wee hours at Pearson Airport to take us home in the city. Despite the many reassurances we have received from Canada Limo manager there will be a car for us, there was NO car when we arrived at the counter. Also no one picked up at the phone number Canada limo asked customer to call. We were also charged prior to the service was being provided successfully. This is hugely disappointing and not what we are expecting. I hope Canada limo will provide a full refund of the service they DID NOT provide.

Exceptional Service. Due to an Air Canada debacle my family of five needed to get from Toronto airport to Buffalo airport. I was in Vancouver at 3 pm EST when I arranged Canada Limo to pick us up at 5:30 the following morning. Late at night, 12 am EST, our flight number and arrival time changed. Canada Limo was on time to pick us up. The driver was professional, friendly, and very courteous. He knew what route to take given current traffic conditions and got us smoothly to Buffalo. This experience was a very bright spot in a disrupted trip home. I highly recommend their services.

Jimmy was great in handling our VIP guest pick-up request, especially from a remote location 2 hours away from Toronto. They were accommodating of our passengers who asked for the driver to wear a mask for the duration of the trip. They were even able to quickly upgrade from sedan to SUV with short notice. Very professional and courteous service. They will indeed drive door to door across the province as easily as driving around the GTA. Have travelled with Canada Limo twice and both times the experience has been "old school" straightforward. The drivers have been flexible about details like the route and rest stops while making good time. For a personal trip with a senior relative (mobility issues and lots of luggage), added bonuses were fewer logistics than train/plane and less stressful for caregiver than driving. Haven't used limo for business travel yet but it has potential to be efficient option as well. Comfortable experiences so far and recommended!
