Brought our newly adopted little dog for grooming yesterday, and it was such a wonderful experience it actually brought me to tears. Lucy has been coming here for all 10 years of her life so we decided to make the 40 minute drive to keep things consistent for her - and I’m so glad we did. After getting out of the car, Lucy eagerly led us to the front door and straight to the grooming station where she had big snuggles with 2 sweet girls (Rita, her groomer, and I’ve sadly forgotten the other girls name) who she was clearly very excited to see! When we picked her up 2.5 hours later she was still full of beans and looked so pretty. You could tell she felt great and it was nice that she was excited to see us too. On the way out she beelined it to the checkout desk, sat down and stared at the person running the till while wagging her tail in eager anticipation of a delicious treat. Lucy clearly loves coming here because everyone is so nice to her so we will definitely be back for the rest of her life. And we want to bring our other dog too! Thank you Rita and friends, for giving Lucy a great fresh start on this next journey of her life ❤️

I take my 14 year old Chihuahua here to be groomed by Dave at the pet salon. He handles him with such care. My dog is know to be temperamental due to his breed/age so I avoided taking him to a groomer for a long time as a result. However, when I met Dave and saw the special relationship he has with animals I knew that I could trust him to take care of Horton and groom him with minimal stress. I've gone here several times now and highly recommend Dave! I'm always impressed how short he's able to trim my dogs nails and he saves me the fuss of having to do it myself! He's kind, caring, gentle, understanding and brilliant at what he does. Highly recommend him to all dog owners but especially to those who have an older/smaller breed, ask for Dave!

First time to go here to buy a heater for my betta and ended up buying a corner aquarium, gravel and glow-in-the dark tank decor. Staff were helpful and friendly and store was very busy. So excited to set it up but when we removed the box, there was a crack in the glass at the side close to the bottom (box covered it). We knew they only had 1 in stock, so we had to drive all the way to Brampton to do a return and exchange. Still highly recommended store. Will definitely go back to buy more stuff.

Tired of waiting an hour for a nail trim, without the ability to book an appointment. Forcing you to just walk in, and then refusing service is the most annoying thing about PetSmart. Also who trains dogs in a dog food isle then puts up a sign saying the isle is closed. Like yeah I sat in traffic getting here for an hour just so you can tell me I can't access the dog food I need. This place has the most backwards policies I have ever seen and it seems that they hate money since they try very hard for you not to be able to buy what you need

Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon. It was quite busy. You have to press a button to get assistance in the aquatics section since we wanted to get live plants. Just wanted to give a shout out to Isaac who helped us in the aquatics section ! Super helpful and knowledgeable! THANK YOU 💯

I recently got a puppy and went to this location to to grab a few things. It was quite busy however one of the employees went beyond just answering one questions. Sidhou guided and provided detailed knowledge on various topics related to having a puppy. Her professionalism and friendliness did not go unnoticed. I will definitely travel to this location again!!!

Great place for you if you own a pet. They have everything from clothes and toys for your pet. They even do grooming here. This is my cat's favorite food. Have a look at my pictures and press the like button!

Amazing experience and beyond satisfaction! It was my puppy’s first grooming and he had a matted area. Rashael and Laura are extremely good at their job, very knowledgeable and professional. They love their jobs and the dogs. Not only they did a wonderful job, also took their time to explain everything that I should do. They were extremely punctual and responsive with the appointment requests.

Got another puppy I was able to find everything I needed. I got a slow feeder, chewing toys, crate, puppy pen and a bed. Everything is of good quality and they have lots of stock and options. This is the best store in the area for my dogs.

After 20 min waiting she remember to ask me about my dog paper. And my dog very sad . Very bad management 😕 Also I edit my review because after I leave the store I went another place and I did nail traim for my dog with out any question for the paper!!! I Can't trust this branch any more!!

Worst Petsmart zero star!! My dog had appointment for grooming because I do not have the rabies paperwork but the tag they still didn’t accept him with the tag with his name on the tag and tag number ! This place is a complete joke and very rude staff at the service counter!

they interviewed me 3 TIMES, 45minutes to an hour EACH then didn't hire me. wasted my time. then i got a better job across the street worked there for 4 years and now i work in corporate. missed out on a good employee !

Love this PetSmart, all the staff are super sweet and lovely whenever they see me and my pup here. Also come here for grooming and haven't had a bad experience at all. Groomers are lovely and patient with my pup, and he always comes out looking extra fresh and clean. :)

Went in and bought a Beta fish. Had not even put the fish into my tank, one hour later it had died. The next day I brought it in with my children to exchange for a new Beta and the guy working, along with the manager, accused me of being the reason the fish was dead and refused to sell me another fish stating, “Due to recent events.” When I suggested that maybe the fish just had a pre-existing condition, since it had only gone in my vehicle and then been placed on my counter, the manager stated in utter shock, “Our Betas are heavily monitored by our staff.” Went to Big Al’s aquarium right afterwards and got a Beta that has now been alive for three weeks. We have also added fish and snails that were suggested by their staff to be okay with a Beta. So happy with our purchases and tank now and we will never return to that PetSmart again.

I have been using Pet Smart for years, and overall was happy with the service I receive, untill I tried this location fit the first time for grooming of my dog. Due to some personal reason I arrived late and noticed the appointment has been cancelled. My review is not for this reason but it is for of a rude and unprofessional behaviour of one the staff called Laura in grooming salon. She was so insensitive and unhelpful with absolutely no problem solving and customer service skills. I hope Per smart with more careful with choosing their staff

They always have everything I need and are very kind! Joy is awesome! She’s known my dog since she was a puppy and is always welcoming and has great advice! Started doing classes here (beginner and advanced), and the instructors seem really nice and knowledgeable.

Staff were friendly and actively took the time to show us ways to save more. Store was clean and well stocked. Added bonus of some adorable cats to look at!

The associate was very friendly not just to us but also to our dogs. She was busy helping customers with product questions but when she realized it was busy at the cash lane, she took us to help us pay with our stuffs. She even gave our dogs some beef liver sticks. Humans are happy, dogs are happy too! Best associate ever!

I have brought my puppy here to the hotel a few times and he loves it. The staff is so welcoming and friendly, they make you feel like your leaving your pup with family. You are all amazing and I’m so happy I have somewhere safe to bring my boy when I can’t bring him with me. Thank you for such great service 😊

We had a great experience with puppy classes led by Beata! She is very knowledge and patient; and has many anecdotes to share which relate to what she is teaching. Our puppy loves to check and see if she’s there anytime we go into the store!

This is the second time I’ve brought my dog here for a grooming. Both times were great! The groomers all seem so genuinely kind and always treat my little Pearl with such care and consideration. She’s very nervous about grooming but always leaves appointments here feeling great and confident, which lets me know that she was treated kindly through the whole process. we ordered same day delivery, petsmart hired door dash. we never got an email that our stuff wasn't coming on schedule OR that only 1/2 our order was coming. petsmart took our money and sold what we already paid for, then blamed door dash. we have to wait 48hrs to get our refund just to order it again from the same place. terrible online system where the customer loses. if 4pm is too late to get a delivery at 9pm, don't book a delivery for 7-9pm. if you have only 2 of something in your store, and you're not marking sold items, this will happen. maybe don't take pur money til the dasher picks up our order....any of these changes would have avoided this issue

I had a disappointing experience with Petsmart Queen street N Etobicoke, when I called to make a reservation for the pet hotel. The employee who answered the phone was very rude and unhelpful. I inquired about the rates and was informed that I'd have to pay extra for food. I simply expressed my concerns about the price and suggested that food should be included in the cost, but I was willing to provide my own. Instead of addressing my questions, she abruptly asked if I wanted to cancel, assuming I didn't want to pay the extra charge. I was in the middle of booking and felt that her assumption was unjustified. This lack of customer service and communication left me with a two-star rating for my experience.

Brought Miles for the first time at this location today and we are really happy with the service. Miles is approx 190lb and this location has space for him so they don't have to rush and the staff was great with him 👍

I took my 1 year old covid puppy here to the pets hotel on my first vacation since getting my dog. She is a very nervous pup and they took such great care of her at this location! She was very happy when I picked her up and everyone I interacted with here was lovely and kind :)

i did the beginner class here for my dog gwen with the trainer beatta and im very happy with the results, she not only provides really good advice but you can tell she really loves dogs. my gwen always looks forward to coming to class to see her and im really happy with how helpful shes been

My favourite PetSmart, they have very friendly service every time I come shopping for my cats. I love the variety of toys and food they have. Unlike other locations I’ve been to, this one has multiple options of “Simply Nourish” for kittens and cats. Love seeing all the cats they have for adoption when I come by too.

Went in with my little pup to inquire for training g classes. After waiting for a good 20 mins we finally were able to meet with the trainer. During our wait,our dog was constantly barking at other dogs. That'wasthe very reason we came in for a consult. However, the trainer proceeded to imply how everything we were doing was wrong and then proceeded to give solutions, which we were doing anyways. Found her very intimidating and rude..Not a good listener.i would not want my dog in that environment We left for another petsmart and signed our pup for classes.Found the trainer there more openminded and less reactive. Fingers crossed!!

I am very disappointed with this store, my child cried for more than an hour, it was her birthday, they did not sell us a hamster. And it doesn't even matter to them. It was that we came from Ukraine fleeing from the war, it's terrible 😢 we asked to be sold to us, we bought everything for this and had everything at home, unfortunately we don't have a car to bring it and show that we have it all. I hope that the owner will fire such staff who disrespect children, I am a father and I have never seen such an attitude in my life. Please take measures. thank you

Grooming section Review. Come here often. They say walk ins welcome for nail cuts but then usually have you sitting and waiting for 15-30 minutes. Today I as standing in line with one person ahead and one behind. The lady working asked the person behind me what they were there for as well as myself. The lady proceeded to cash out the girl behind me out before advising anyone I was even here for a service or take my info. They also told me everyone was busy. (Shortly after I heard them tell one girl there was no one waiting and to go on a 15 min break). As I was still waiting another lady came in for her appointment half an our early and was taken before me. Even through I was told there was NO ONE available for a 5 minute service. But conveniently there was someone available for someone who showed up 30 min before their appointment. Will not be coming back.

Great place for training aids, treats and pet wear. Grooming and daycare are fantastic. Staff are all amazing!!!

This is a cute little pet smart. I have been in bigger stores but this one has everything you need. I love that it has a Pet smart hotel. Definitely will be back!!!
