I’ve
had
numerous
negative
encounters
at
this
Post
Canada
Office
ever
since
the
management
change.
A
few
months
ago,
my
package
was
lost
in
the
shelves
of
this
post
canada
location.
Purely
because
the
staff
here
are
unorganized
and
do
not
provide
sufficient
customer
service.
I
had
to
wait
a
few
days
until
it
wasn’t
located
to
pick
it
up.
I
didn’t
think
of
anything
because
mistakes
happen.
Until.
I
have
went
to
pick
up
a
parcel
3
days
ago
after
receiving
an
email
it
has
arrived
at
the
p.o.
box.
The
girl
at
the
counter
seemed
new,
she
could
not
locate
my
package.
So
after
around
10
minutes
of
her
looking
around,
I
suggested
I
leave
my
contact
information
and
phone
number
to
let
me
know
when
she
finds
it,
I
would
happily
return.
I
did
not
receive
a
call
that
evening.
The
next
day,
I
phoned
in
and
explained
the
situation
over
the
phone
and
the
woman
told
me,
YES
we
have
located
the
parcel
please
come.
She
told
me
the
wrong
hours
of
operation
I
came
few
minutes
after
close...
Bus
tokens
adding
up
to
get
there.
The
third
day,
I
returned
to
the
location
in
last
desperate
attempt
to
obtain
my
package.
I
stood
in
line
for
25
mins
while
the
post
canada
rep
helped
the
same
lady
making
mistakes
and
having
to
correct
them.
I
understand
there’s
been
a
management
switch
and
people
are
new
and
training.
But
then
I
approached
the
other
clerk
and
she
refused
to
help
me
as
well.
I
asked
for
the
information
of
the
owner
or
manager
of
this
location
which
I
was
not
provided
by
the
workers.
I’m
not
sure
if
I
will
get
a
response
back
from
whom
ever,
but
I
advise
your
training
of
staff
is
overlooked.
