If you’re going to update your hours, please do so online. We are currently facing a pandemic where Canadians are being told to stay at home for their own safety. There are individuals visiting this post office daily, especially the elderly, being turned away due to a sign written in Sharpie on the door with a change in hourly operations. Every single one of these people could have stayed home safe knowing when they could or could not visit. After being home for a month, and not even getting a buzz from Canada Post when my package arrived, you’d think they would offer that courtesy. Flatten the curve.

Very lazy workers, waited for almost 20 minutes and she still serving one client even though there is three client in front of me. I left and I will try to find another post office. Since then I prefer to deal with any carrier except Canada Post.

I’ve had numerous negative encounters at this Post Canada Office ever since the management change. A few months ago, my package was lost in the shelves of this post canada location. Purely because the staff here are unorganized and do not provide sufficient customer service. I had to wait a few days until it wasn’t located to pick it up. I didn’t think of anything because mistakes happen. Until. I have went to pick up a parcel 3 days ago after receiving an email it has arrived at the p.o. box. The girl at the counter seemed new, she could not locate my package. So after around 10 minutes of her looking around, I suggested I leave my contact information and phone number to let me know when she finds it, I would happily return. I did not receive a call that evening. The next day, I phoned in and explained the situation over the phone and the woman told me, YES we have located the parcel please come. She told me the wrong hours of operation I came few minutes after close... Bus tokens adding up to get there. The third day, I returned to the location in last desperate attempt to obtain my package. I stood in line for 25 mins while the post canada rep helped the same lady making mistakes and having to correct them. I understand there’s been a management switch and people are new and training. But then I approached the other clerk and she refused to help me as well. I asked for the information of the owner or manager of this location which I was not provided by the workers. I’m not sure if I will get a response back from whom ever, but I advise your training of staff is overlooked.

One of the worst Canada post locations I have been to. First of of all they didnt deliver the parcel to home, then when we were late to collect from their this location, they sent a notice with some open time mentioned on it, but the store was actually closed on that time. This happened twice in a row.

Don’t come here. They are closed in the middle of the day on a Tuesday.

You need to update your hours I took the street car all the way to ship a package and get here and find out you close at 5pm not 8pm as stated on google. This is unacceptable

I have been coming here for years, and if you separate your issues with the couriers from the service provided at this desk then you would know that LAURA is the best. Polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. Delighted to see she is training new staff, they are in good hands. THANK YOU, Laura!

I can befoe they closing by 5 minutes and she rudly told me we closed. What kind of service is this if you don't respect your timings then changed. 👎

Staff here are always helpful and friendly. Occasionally there are lineups since it's a small location, but the personalized service definitely makes up for it. Strongly recommended!

Slowest service, no sense of urgency to move customers along

I've been to this location many times and it's always a gamble whether they'll be open. Their hours on Google are misleading; you might see that they're open until 6:30PM, only to find a crudely written sign saying they closed 2 hours early. You don't know why, there's no rhyme or reason to it. For all you know they closed early because they felt like it. Extremely unreliable, go to another post office if you can.

I've shipped a lot of packages at lot of post offices, but have settled on this one as my regular location. Service seems to be more consistently considerate and friendly then other locations, and is particularly good on weekends. My review would be five stars if the ownership had two people on duty on busy days. One person, no matter how efficient, can't cut it for this increasingly high traffic location. For that reason alone my review is down a star. I'd almost go so far as to say that I look forward to shipping packages here (which is saying a lot) and that is purely the result of the great staff.
