I
recently
started
working
with
Diane
Tuerke
on
a
customized
nutrition
plan
to
support
my
fitness
and
wellness
goals.
Diane
was
familiar
with
Athlete’s
Kitchen
(which
I
have
been
using
for
a
few
years
now)
and
so
we
were
able
to
build
a
nutrition
plan
customized
for
me
around
my
staple
AK
meals.
AK
has
really
made
the
difference
for
me
in
keeping
consistent
with
my
diet
and
nutrition
and
Diane’s
ongoing
coaching
and
feedback
has
helped
me
maximize
the
value
I
get
from
the
program.
I
have
never
had
a
negative
experience
with
AK!
The
selection
is
great,
the
quality
of
the
ingredients
is
high,
the
food
tastes
good
and
most
importantly
I
look
forward
to
lunch.
My
co-workers
are
always
jealous
at
how
good
my
lunch
smells!
With
so

off

it
comes

tracking.
I
know

I’m

I
have

macros
Diane
has
set
for
me
around
my

meals.
Depending
on
what
phase
I
am
in
I
can
alter
my
macros
by
shifting
between
Shredding,
Paleo
an
Athlete
options
to
hit
my
targets.
Diane
has
also
been
able
to
support
me
in
transitioning
through
different
phases
of
my
nutrition
plan
to
meet
me
where
I
am,
avoid
diet
fatigue
and
help
ensure
that
the
lifestyle
changes
I
am
making
are
sustainable
and
enduring.
I
highly
recommend
both
Athlete's
Kitchen
and
Diane
for
your
nutrition
goals.
