This is one of the best dispensaries in the area in my opinion. Shop is clean and well layed out. Staff are always super friendly and helpful. Not sure what you are looking for? No problem, they will take the time to find out what your preferences are and make appropriate recommendations. I have never been unhappy with a suggested product. You are missing out if you don't go by and experience it for yourself!!

Mikaela and the reserved cannabis team are one of the best dispensary’s not only in Etobicoke but I would personally say in all of Ontario. If you are new or have been smoking for a couple years now this is the spot, they will offer top recommendations for what your looking for, social occasion, just chilling or wanting to eat everything in your fridge. Most product is good. New website is horrible. Can't even sort, no indication of THC percentage. I've stopped buying here because of the terrible online experience. I found Reserved when I was in Waterloo, staying with my Dad supporting him on a family emergency. The products offered were exactly what I was used to, and I was introduced to some amazing new Brands, like Wawa, too. The delivery, available at the time, was a lifesaver, due to the crisis. I was so grateful to find there was a location on the Queensway, literally 10 minutes from home in Toronto, and I haven’t visited another place since. The shop is clean, staff is friendly, and sometimes if you’re lucky, you can score a discount. Order online if you want faster service.

Absolutely wasted my money here. Bought some MK Ultra shatter, the consistency is TERRIBLE, completely stuck to the paper. Half of it is totally unusable. Unbelievable, what a waste. What am I supposed to do with this garbage?

This review is for the current website. The store, staff and products are fantastic and I enjoy visiting the store. However, I've experienced issues with the new online ordering system (my prior purchases were on the previous Point of Sale system) and have spoken with the company regarding the issue and I am satisfied with their response.

Pre-rolls, hash rosin drops, oils and everything to help you with pain, anxiety and energy levels. Some really strong stuff for cheap here. Do your own research and talk with budtenders to find out what works best. Thanks Mel !

Staff literally knows nothing about terpenes . Will try to sell you distillate and tell you it’s the same as live resin , then drop the “trust me I ’m the manager bro” line on you for re assurance. Comical at best . The surrounding area in front and adjacent to the store is filthy with littered wrappers receipts and packaging and plastics from their customers discarding everything on the street outside before departing the premises. Low class poor training zero etiquette stoner shop with a limited selection of bunk weed and carts in an already over saturated market .
