What is the point of closing the car wash at 11pm when the station is open 24hrs? Make it make sense .. before I could even finish my question about whether or not all the Circle K’s close at 11pm the attendent abruptly cut me off and said “I don’t know anything about any other store but mine.” Sometimes it’s not what you say it’s how you say it. The lack of customer service here is nonexistent

The attendant running this gas station on Tuesday July 11 night shift needs to be fired. Me and every single person in this store ended up screaming at this man to have some humanity. He mocks you, rude, selfish, and abusive of his powers. Never has a simple late night snack purchase left me shaking in fury

Hey, I visited circle k on 31st August and the two girls working on the counter were rude. They were making irritated faces. They don’t know what customer service is, my transaction was not going through and none of them helped. It was a free coupon transaction and they acted as if they don’t care. My coupon got expired.

If you are a woman - PLEASE avoid this circle k. Even if you aren’t. Just run. The guy who runs this store is an absolute creep!! Will purposefully drag out your transaction to keep you in the store and is verbally abusive. I have been in contact with management for a month and I now know why he was so confident to be so horrible. They completely stand behind the employee regardless of the hostile and unsafe environment he creates. RUN.

I have never seen such an arrogant and senseless staff, this was my personal experience (29th august,1.30 am)that agitated me to put this review as i had an emergency situation and wanted to use the rest room, the staff was not only rude he was not even wanted to attend the customer came inside the store,when enquired about the rest room he said "i just santized it so you can't use it".seriously, i wanted to bring this into the attention of the manager of this store, because people come to a store because of the way they are treated. And i didn't come there all the way to use the rest room alone, because of the attitude and rude behaviour of the staff i left what i wanted to buy from there too..for sure i am never gona go to this circle k store ever again.

I came up here to get a car wash because my local esso car wash was not working.

Car wash and service is garbage here, charging me $90 a month and cant even cancel my subscription cause only way is to email them to cancel and they dont even reply. Bunch of thiefs

This circle K is a lot better than others that I’ve gone to! The lady at the cash was very nice, and they had no problem scanning my coupons from the Circle K games (whereas other locations have had trouble). I appreciate the variety in the drinks, especially with Arizona. Thank you so much for a better experience.

A very small circle k not a whole lot here. You pay for gas and you can get some food here and the tim hortons is alright it's very small options. Place does have nice workers so it's not bad

It is a good place to buy drinks and snacks. When I get my ID card or driver's license soon I'll be able to buy lottery tickets anytime I want.

I just visited the store, floor was very muddy. I just said “your store’s muddy, and your garbage are full. He replied that you can do it if you have a problem.” this is how they are treating the customers. Very very impressed & shocked. The clerk who runs this location overnight is awful and confrontational with every person who walks in the store. He is a safety issue and liability

the hours say 24/7 but the rude attendant kicked us out at 11:45 for some reason. There was no communication at all about the hours, we were waiting to buy things and we’re just told all of a sudden to leave because the store is closed. The bathrooms are also very disgusting.

My experience with this company's customer service was highly disappointing. Initially, Girl named Diksha instructed me to meet Manager Shahid in the morning, but when I called today, they claimed Manager is out of the country. This inconsistency in information was frustrating. Moreover, my refund request remains unresolved, and a person posing as a manager exhibited rude behavior during our interaction. Overall, this experience was deeply dissatisfying. This store deserve only negative review.
