Positive experience! Staff is helpful and pharmacist is very professional and knowledgeable.

The staff of the pharmacy are very friendly, caring and organized. They know the patients by name. The manager Engy is an amazing human being, always bright and smiling, she and all the other pharmacists are very knowledgeable and experienced and they take the time to counsel and answer all the questions thoroughly. Highly recommended especially that the service is very quick and you don’t have to wait in line, it usually takes less than 5 minutes to be served.

Review UPDATE: The issue was resolved satisfactory. Worst service ever they lost my prescription and blamed me for giving my name wrong which is absolutely ridiculous then it was out of stock.

I’ve had issues with the service before due to the same person but this time was the last straw. I will never ever shop here again. One lady is so rude and argues with customers with no concept of customer service. Everyone else seems nice but this one lady needs to go. What a disgrace.
