The best clinic ever. So patient driven, so caring. The doctors do not treat you like a number, like most places. Dr. Lisa Ilk is THE BEST doctor I have ever met. Kind, courteous, understanding, and very knowledgeable. They have an amazing patient system and experienced personnel all around. They engage in community resources and provide workshops, free seminars, etc. They even have free physio, and free psychiatry. I would highly highly highly recommend! You will not go wrong. Any questions you may have, just call and I’m sure they’ll have exactly what you need

I've been a patient at this clinic for well over 35 years. The office administration is horrible. The professionalism is not there the way it use to be. Expect to call numerous times to wait for an answer. Telephone personnel have no interpersonal skills and the doctors are always out to lunch and have misdiagnosed patience. I do suggest you look for other clinics for your medical needs .

Been coming here for over 40 years now. And I've always found the Dr's to be so Caring for their patients. The Nurses are also Wonderful! I'm quite shocked by the negative reviews. As, I've always found everyone here to be super friendly and Respectful. From the Operator to The Reception area. Everyone who works here is so helpful.

My family and I have been going to Dr Lisa Ilk for over 15 years. She is one of the best doctors I have ever encountered. She is so kind, caring and highly professional yet culturally competent. She has helped me and my family a lot throughout the years!! We definitely need more doctors like her in the field :)

My doctor Dr Kelly Grant, she is really amazing and I really love them and especially the reception. They are really an amazing staff. I have good experience with them. I like them since I moved from Toronto and I came to Oshawa still, I keep my doctor at the same place. I love to come every time they are really nice people. Whenever I need them, they are right there for my kids whenever they’re sick. I will always love them.💕

Reciptionist are so rude , The appointments are never on time. I had an appointment for 2:30 I ended up waiting 40 minutes and eventaully went in at 4:10

I have been going to FHC since 1981 when my daughter turned 3 months, as a first time mum at a young age the doctor reassured me of many things about care for me and my childat that time. I have very rarely had any issues with personal, I am grateful for the care they have given me, my children and grandchildren.

Dr R. Hooks is my family doctor since I came to this country 25 years ago. I feel myself blessed to have her as my physician. She is a very ethical, caring and a great doctor as well as a good human being. She treats patients with great respect irrespective of their origin. Front staff is also very professional and polite. Most nurses are very helpful and will take time to call you back if their a need.

I and my family we all are Dr. Ilk s patients. I have no words to say about her just say May God bless her and her family always. We have been attached at this clinic since 2004 . We moved to Mississauga now but haven’t changed our family doctor . If she is in vacation other doctors see us. They are the most caring doctors we ever seen. I know lots of people and heard about their terrible experience of their family physicians . Anyway May God bless all the doctors, nurses and all other staffs and their family too.
