Thank you anh Huy Nguyen who is my PT during 3 months here. He was super duper patient with me no matter what fitness level I was at. Anh Huy always encouraged me to go over and beyond to break my own records. He gave me instant feedbacks and adjustments during the workout in the most professional way. It was very comfortable to train with anh Huy The 2nd person I want to thank you is anh Hieu Nguyen who is my virtual nutrition coach. I was amazed by his caring, supports and detailed feedbacks even we only met thru video calls. He was always be there to answer to my questions about meal and training plan. I really like how he gave me tricks and tips to make the best out of the workout. Thank you anh! Last but not least, thank you anh David Pham for putting everything together. I am certainly satisfied thus far at this new facility, it's a life-changing gym experience for me. And to whom is holding off...there will be soreness but you can't expect to grow by staying at the same place, right? :)

    I had a friend who’s attending a training course with Fxa fitness and she posted the results on Facebook. I was not really believing but when I see her in front of me I was in shock because she did lose a lot of weight in such a short time. She referred David Pham for me - her PT. I was not ready to go to the gym bc my schedule is so tight and I’m not an active person. But David, Henry, c Thao and the team is so friendly, they told me that I don’t really need to go to the gym if I’m not ready but they’re always here to answer all of my questions whenever I need; they educated me that I’m not the type of person that hard to gaining weight, just the way I do it is wrong; they even gave me a free training day to try if I like it… Today is the exact day that I’ve been training with the Fxa team for a month, I took my in body test again for the second time. I gained 1.2kg muscle and loss 2.4% body fat; overall I gained ~1kg but I don’t feel important to gain weight anymore because after 1 month of working out & eating right I feel so much different in my body 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 I can see my body fit, lighter and getting in shape. I can improve my meals & sleep, my skin also brightens which is a very good sign from my body 🤩 With meal plans from c Thao, she’s with me all the time, she always ask me to update meals and pictures on the apps so she can follow up with me step by step; I can start cooking for myself with the exact amount that she gave so I won’t skip any meal. It just a very short time going with Fxa team but I feel so worthy for being with them. I want to send a huge hugs for all of the pt especially anh Henry, c Thao, a David and a Louis who’s so friendly to help me to be more open, always support me to finish my workout set and shouting out loud for their professional working skills, 💯 for the hard working, focus and being so nice all the time.     I have been with FXA for more than a year, they are a professional and dedicated team, from training coach to nutritional coach, very knowledgeable. Training with FXA has completely changed my mindset, I am more disciplined and more serious about my health, training has become my routine. The equipments are new and in great condition, they have all types of machines to work on each muscle area of your body. I was a skinny fat person but now I’m leaner and healthier than before. I’m way more confident to wear crop top shirt and bodycon dresses now. If you decide to be serious about your health and appearance, you should consider FxA to transform you to a completely different person! Highly recommended!

    FxA fitness is a complete private gym that offers personal training tailored specifically to your needs. I've been coming to FxA for almost 2 months now, doing the 8:30 training classes and loving it. The people are smart, knowledgeable and have the proper training to get you where you want to be. Very flexible hours, great equipment, basically everything you need to get fit and healthy. Training includes meal plans, supplement recommendations, and exercises/stretches to stay loose and not get sore. I already feel like a lot stronger and healthier and can't wait to continue with this my new routine! By the way, a special thanks to Ms Thảo and Mr Phúc for being such amazing coaches!!!

    My personal trainer is Hieu. I never expected a virtual training session can reach that level. I feel so much different and he is really experienced, knowledgeable about the movement, the body and always follow up with the progress and give me best advice about my nutrition as well. Highly recommended place for fitness.

    I decided to give myself a chance to train with the FxA after reading all the positive feedback from their clients. My virtual training program is guided by coach Ninh and the progress has been amazing. I love that Ninh is very knowledgeable about diet, nutrition and workout program planning. He was very thorough and detailed when he explained to me why things were structured a certain way and why getting the proper nutrition is so important in weight loss. He put me on a structured diet plan that is very effective, yet easy to follow. Along with the diet, his workout programs are also excellent as they are tailored based on my fitness level, in my space at home with very minimal training equipment. To be honest, I never thought a virtual workout would be as effective as in person, but I was very wrong! The virtual training plan Ninh created for me was so effective that I was able to transform my body tremendously in just 3.5 months. I must say that no magic overnight solution when it comes to weight loss, but I was fortunate enough to find an amazing team and a fitness coach who has been very encouraging and guided me in the right direction. Thank you :) Highly recommended this Super Awesome team! They will give you the tools, confidence, knowledge & motivation to achieve your fitness goal!

    My friend was recommended this place for me( her transform is amazing) I would recommended 100% for all the newbies who want to start working out , it’s all worth it when you invest in yourself! I have been amazed with all the skills and mindset they have taught me through the first month, I have changed my life style and nutrition habits which is improving my body and mental health a lot!! Gym is not only for the outlook , it can fix a lot of things if you start your journey now !! Shout out to coach Ninh and Thảo who supports and made me believe in myself🙆🏻‍♀️ All the coaches work at FxA are friendly and fully skilled which made me comfortable to talk and share when I’m unmotivated or have any questions to ask them!!     At the age of 47, this is my very first time working with a PT and I am very happy with what FxA has done for me. With only 40 hours training in the last 4 months, I have lost 5.3% body fat and start to gain muscle. Their package not only include strength training but also nutrition coaching, online cardio sessions and a very good app to keep control of amount of calories in and out. My husband has fluid in his knee but after 4 months, his condition has improved a lot because the muscles around his knees have been strengthened. He also lost almost 2% of body fat. We are still training with FxA and have recommended them to many of our friends.

    I have started going to the gym and had nutrition menu for eat clean by the coach ( Ely Nguyen ) for 2 weeks now. After 4 sessions only, I can feel the difference in my body as I feel stronger and have lost some weight. My trainer, Long has to work harder with me since I am a beginner. I appreciate how hard the team ( the boss, the trainer, the nutrition coach ) are doing for clients. They are professional and always make sure we will reach our gain in the near future. On the other side, I have to say the prices they offer are not high, compared to LA fitness where I used to go before . Highly recommend Long and Ely Nguyễn .

    I have tried so many different personal trainers but it's never ever been as organized and attentive as FxA team. Big shout out to Thao, she is really amazing as she really understands what my goals are as well as my capability. She makes things from impossible becoming possible.     As someone who has been struggling to lose weight for my entire life, I tried countless methods from water fasting, IF ...etc At first, I can see changes such as the weight on the scale is going down, I look slimmer but they are not healthy. After a few months, I started seeing negative changes in my body from losing hair to mood swings. I almost lost hope in it and accepted my faith that I will be stuck in this body forever. One day, I was scrolling through Tiktok and found FxA fitness studio's account. Their contents are very entertaining, making fitness seem enjoyable. Their past clients’ transformation is the main reason I got convenience that their team will help me succeed this time. I reached out to them on Facebook and their customer service is top-notch. The owners are extremely nice and helpful, their studio offers multiple options to fit with your time and needs from online coaching and nutrition advisor to in-person. I got introduced to coach Ely aka chi Thao, she changed my life completely. When I first started, I had a horrible lifestyle causing my uncontrollable weight gain. She pointed them out and gave me advices to change those bad habits one by one in a professional manner. As a university student, I am always under a lot of stress and my timetable is a mess. She is very patient with me as well. She always checks up on me not only about my diet, workout but also my mental well being. She will be your big sis if you work with her. When I miss her class, she is extremely understanding and offers me another time in the day for me to catch up, which is sometimes not even in her work hours. I love you for that chi Thao. Losing weight with her is fun and easy, not really because her class will “kill” you and your fat quickly. I always soak with sweat all the time after her classes. She motivated and always remind me to believe in myself that I could do it. I have been on board for almost two months now and the changes are crazy, mental and physical speaking. I lost almost 10 lbs and look completely healthier than I was ever before. The most crucial change is my lifestyle. I stopped eating junk food and went for a cleaner diet and workout more. If you want some positive changes in lifestyle and physical appearance, I highly recommend FxA Fitness Studio.

    Just finished my 48-session personal training program at FxA. To be honest I got more than expected. Originally I just wanted to get back in shape because I had 2 weddings to go to. It was more than just my appearance but my mental health and nutrition too. One thing I’ve noticed the most is that my back is no more in pain like it used to be (seriously). Thank you all FxA Team for always supporting and taking good care of me. Also, I have a special thank to Long, my last but not least PT, for your great knowledge and understanding of the client.     Due to the nature of work and progress plus a very busy schedule, sometimes I forget about my health in just a short time, I gain 8-9 kilograms without even knowing it. Until I realized that I was gradually deteriorating from the outside and inside, even it affected the psychophysiology leading to endocrine disorders, making me really tired. I am fortunate to have known FXA and was enthusiastically helped by my brothers and sisters to cure my SOS. Initially, when I exercised, my purpose was just to lose weight and be beautiful, but then I realized that I practice to be beautiful and healthy from the inside to help strengthen my resistance. Especially since I started practicing, I realized that I reduce stress and feel that my life is more joyful and my day is more active. Realizing that all the excuses for my time are silly 🤪 turns out I can do it all as long as I want to. I often call Ms. Thu Thao as my psychologist who writes a meal plan for me who chooses exercises for her. My sister understands and reminds me to care for her, motivates me, exercise is one thing. But I have to have a standard meal plan to be lean and beautiful, diet is extremely important in weight loss. In just 1 month, even though I lost 3 pounds, my figure really changed from a kid wearing loose clothes and still feeling fat, but I can confidently wear light clothes. Wild love hihihi. I rarely go online to write but this time I want to share my experience with FXA fitness because it works 🍑 😂. This post has no ads. Practice to be happy and healthy

    I have been referred to FxA by people and have had a great experience. Even though it's only been 1 month, my PT has helped me to improve my fat loss and lose weight significantly. My PT (Thao) and the coach are very attentive and caring. Always reminding and tracking my exercise and eating process. I am a beginner in the gym but have been guided and gained more knowledge about nutrition and exercise. When practicing with Ms. PT, I feel comfortable and feel very fond of her even though we only interact online. I am very grateful to have met and trained with such beautiful and amazing people. Although I had many times when I wanted to give up during training, thanks to the encouragement of Ms. PT (Thao) I did not give up and after 1 month I achieved my weight loss goal and felt more confident about my body.

    I have work out in many different places. But FXA is where the first workout comes into play. I lost half of the weight I wanted after just two months.❤️ The training environment is friendly, my coach is very enthusiastic and monitors me very closely.     After a long time working in an office, I noticed that my health was not as good as before with the increase in weight and severe back & neck pain. Also, I was about to begin the gender transformation which is crucial in my life. Having said that, I decided to build up my health to lose weight and increase Testosterone by starting to work out with FxA Fitness Team. Firstly, I was really amazed by the very welcoming customer service of anh David and anh Long. They were listening comprehensively to my story to give me advice and offer me the best deal on the process of body transformation. When I began the process, I got the chance to meet my Nutrition Coach - anh Ninh Vo and my Personal Trainer - Huy Nguyen. They are both professionals in Health and Fitness. Anh Ninh designed specifically not only the nutrition meal plan which fits my eating habits, yet ensures to help me lose fat and gain muscle; but also the physical exercises that let me practice everywhere even not in the fitness studio. Huy is not only my professional PT but also a good friend who always pushes me hard to let me reach as high goals as possible whenever working out with him. He also makes sure that I am in good form or in a good position to begin any exercises. Not only that, he usually explains to me the usefulness of exercise such as what muscles will be impacted before working out. The fitness studio has been equipped with all up-to-date equipment with high standards of hygiene. This is also a safe environment for LGBTQ2S+ Community. Overalls, I reached the weight goal by losing 5 kgs of weight and increasing my Skeletal Muscle Mass from a low level to a normal level. Also lowering the high rate of Body Fat mass. However, the thing that I am impressed with the most is the rate of Testosterone in my blood which increased to the highest level before I begin the process of gender transformation. I am so pleased with the experience of being with FxA team and would love to recommend any of my friends to come here to strengthen their health and body.

    I have trained with FxA for 2 months until now, and even though the time is short, I have realized many things about myself that I did not know before. My PT (Huy) and coach (Quynh) have been very thoughtful and kind to me as well as my training, considering I was a beginner. Training with them makes me feel more confident about myself and more happy in my daily life, it also helps me figure out my body goal. They gave me essential information and techniques that I need in my workout; hence, I am no longer afraid when I step into the gym by myself again.     I am a sedentary person, and seeing my chubby body in the mirror startled me and wanted to change. I found out about FxA Fitness through a friend on facebook and I joined the FxA team. I cooperated with the group’s PTs and everyone greeted me warmly, planning and exercising in accordance with my goals, helping me better understand how to arrange a reasonable diet, and not forgetting remind as well as encourage me to participate in enough training sessions and monitor my daily meal. I have experienced studio sessions with PT Ninh vs Phuc and also some virtual training sessions with PT Thao, the workouts make me very tired, but effective for me. I found myself gradually getting stronger, feeling a little lighter, walking faster after the exercises, and getting used to having to exercise every day. Practicing for 1 month, I lost 2% of my body fat, although it is still quite low, for a lazy person like me, I tried very hard. I will continue to not miss the training sessions to achieve the goals that I set out.

    I tried working out multiple times before finally getting a PT at FxA fitness after seeing an ad online. And thanks to them I am reaching my goal faster. Everyone from FxA fitness is friendly but professional. They are knowledgeable and cater to personal fitness goals. It’s quality training for a reasonable price. It’s been a month with Chị Thảo and I cannot express my gratitude enough for her. Each workout section is filled with challenges, encouragements and sweat (lol) but I am left feeling accomplished & proud of what I just completed. She always makes my workout sections interesting with different, no-repeat exercises that make me excited to workout. Thank you everyone ! You guys are amazing.

    At first, I was searching for a local gym in my area, and I was totally impressed. The studio was very private, I felt comfortable to do cardio or weights. You can go to do cardio any time as a member. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, making the atmosphere inviting and comfortable. The trainer was highly skilled and experienced, especially, David and Long, helped me a lot. They were able to create a workout plan that was tailored to my specific needs and fitness goals. They also have nutritionists who are very knowledgeable to provide me with a detailed meal plan. The trainer and the nutritionist Thao held meetings with me regularly to keep tracking my progress and give valuable feedback. They offered a lot tips for eating healthy and living a healthier lifestyle. They were very passionate and kind to answer any questions I had. I appreciated it a lot. Overall, I had a great experience working with this studio, and I would highly recommend them.

Not having exercised for a long time I was apprehensive but when I met and got to know Ely(Thao) I knew that she was the perfect coach for me. She is professional yet kind, patient and understanding.     I finished my 16-week session with FxA a month ago and have been working with my coach Quynh Moc for the next 50-week session. I came to FxA when my core was weak, and my back and knee were seriously painful. The team was helpful and Chi Quynh Moc is a brilliant coach. I can say she’s a seasoned coach, very personable and positive. She knows when I did wrong techniques just by knowing where my pain is during the session. One thing that I love most about spending time with her is that she knows how to adjust the plan and techniques for each person, because each person has their own limits and body structure (that's what she said). Despite time constraints, chi Quynh is my motivation for my early morning workout. I can see my health is getting better, my muscles are strengthened and my body shape is also changing.

    I have started my journey to find myself back about 2 months ago. It was really hard at the beginning to change the life styles of eating and exercising habits. However, things becomes more motivated and easier than how I was imaging because of my personal trainer - Bui Phuc Hung. He is a young, handsome, friendly men and really picky at the same time^^. Hung is really proffessional and knowledgable. He helped to analized my weakness; strength and encouraged me a lot on my daily eating and exercise journey. His story on how he found himself back after losing weights is a really motivated story too! However, I have to stop my journey for now temporary because I'm pregnant now!🥰🥰🥰 BUT will be back one day, for sure! And last but not least, Thank you so much for your support to me during the time, It was my pleasure to know you guys. And his colleague, Ninh Vo too. They're all really nice guys.     I have an experience here for 3 months. Fortunately, I found this place from advertisement on FB then I made a decision to try it due to desire to change my body and my mindset about healthy lifestyle. Moreover, it was out of my expectation. Personal trainers and facilities are really interesting, the studio is not too big but it is private. PT are really nice, enthusiastic and conscientious. My coach is Huy Nguyen, highly recommend practising with him when you join FxA fitness. Hope you can find best version of yourself when being a memeber here!!!

    I knew F&A fitness through my friend, and it’s an amazing experience. I lost 5kg in the first month, which is an unbelievable result. David impresses me with his friendliness and professionalism.     I have been now with FxA for almost 3 months. There are a lot of other feedbacks about how FxA helps its clients tranform their body so I won’t mention it anymore. It is undeniable that their programs is so effective, no matter what body shape you have or what problems that you are enduring, they all solve it well. The most precious thing of FxA for me is the motivation that the coaches bring me, how respectful, polite, and knowledgeable they are, and the way they gradually change my mindset about gym and life balancing. It’s my very pleasure to work with Mr.Hung (my nutrion coach and virtual PT) and Mr. David (aka the founder of FxA and also my PT). They are the most passionate coaches I have ever known (i’m not exaggerate at all 🫡). While David is very gentle in his coaching method, which helps you learning things better and less stressful (but he IS NOT accommodating), Mr. Hung is a very strict one (some may feel offended a little bit when working with him cus he takes every little movement really seriously, but I really need his strictness cus I get discouraged very easily so a strict coach is super super essential). Even though they have different coaching methods, both of them have the same vision, passion, and they always try their best to help clients striving for greatness and physically and mentally improvement days by days. If you are still considering about whether you should trust FxA or not, they will never disappoint you and make your transformation worth the money. BELIEVE ME!!!!! also, the gym is INCREDIBLY modern, expensive, selective, and aesthetic 😍😍

    I have been a client now with FxA in 6 months and all I have is happy with my body😊. My friend introduced me to FxA when I kind of confused with a lot of gym places out there.It is worth it when you spend time here to take care yourself and your body. They have a great team to take care of me from workout to nutrition. It is a very luck to work with coach Hung and Mr.David. They always give me passion, supporting and comfortably. They always bring me not only the good experience of workout but also the ways they treat clients really good with knowledge and gentle. If you want to look more confident to your body, FxA is a great partner to go with for the long term. Highly recommend 👍🏻

    This is the most trustworthy gym that I've ever experienced. I've been looking for a PT to transform my body, however, a majority of PTs out there are putting a very minimum or even none of any attentions to the wrong moves. They are reluctant and are on their phone most of the time. Fortunately, I get referred by a friend to FxA. At first I thought this would be the same as the other places. But, I immediately realized I was wrong from the moment I step in this private gym. It exceeds my expectation, unlike the other gyms, FxA takes every single of their customers' body transformation plan extremely serious. They consult and plan out not only necessary exercises, also the nutrition to meet your ideal body shape. They pay an extreme detail attention on your moves and correct them right away if you have any wrong movements. They even have their own app to ease the difficulty of tracking your progress. Each week they will provide you an online session to review your one week progress, which is a huge different compare to the other gyms. Honestly, I sort of feel somehow special where it's not 1 person taking care a customer, but at least 2. I'm still impressed by their dedication and enthusiasm to every single client. Even though, sometimes they are really strict, but it's only for your good to push yourself to meet your planned goal. They are very thoughtful and understanding as well, they will try to make you as much as comfortable while training with them. This is my go to gym, 10 out of 10, and would recommend to anyone who want to be a completely different person, a better shape of body.

    I have been with FxA for 6 months and really enjoy their services. The PTs are friendly and approachable and the scheduling is very flexible to accommodate clients' needs. The coaches provide their clients a lot of information regarding to the exercises, nutrition, life style...which is personalized to each client. The equipment in the gym is always new and clean. If you have a chance to work with their staff, you will know that they are all passionate of fitness, teaching and helping people to achieve their goals. Highly recommended for people who are looking for a change in their life style.
