    I have switched to Dr.progress just recently, such a nice and positive place to workout. It’s great to have amazing personal trainers which I always wanted. They offer variety of different classes such as Yoga which is great because I don’t usually have time to do everything during the week at the same time. Great place to achieve your physical goals.

    If you’re looking for an affordable place for personal training this is the place for you. All trainers are very professional and create such a fun, energetic environment. They motivate you to push yourself and make training enjoyable and fun. Abbas is my absolute favorite trainer and I’ve been able to achieve my goals much faster with him than I ever did with other trainers.

    Have been training at this gym for the past five year, can not say enough positive things about this gym, Chris and his trainers. Not only have they helped me reach my dream body but he’s helped me recover from knee injury (complete ACL MCL tear).so thankful to Chris and he’s team!

    My husband and I have started a wellness program about two months ago in this gym. I always thought that since I am working out for so many years, I know so much about exercises and wellness! But as I started with Dr. Progress team, I have been learning every single day something new about my body and how to be more healthy. Every single person in this team is wonderful, kind, responsible and tough. They are very knowledgable about what they are doing. We have noticed our body shapes changed in a good way just in a few weeks, we feel stronger and healthier. Sometimes it is very hard to keep moving but they always give us that motivation to continue training. Every single person in this team is always cheerful and while push hard to get us to our goals, we have worked harder and longer only because of their great team work. Thanks Hale and Ray

    Amazing gym and positive, welcoming, fun atmosphere. I love going here. The trainers truly care about each individual they are working with, they give you their full attention and support at all times. It’s been 5 months I started working out at this place and it has become a part of my routine that I look forward to and I can't imagine my day without spending some time here. I highly recommend this place!

    They are fantastic! It’s been a year and I can’t believe how much I feel better! I got my confidence back! Abbas is amazing! Such a great trainer. I recommend this place if you want to feel stronger!!

    I love this place. I recommend this place to everyone who wants to get in shape. The instructors are really great and helpful, they make you feel comfortable. The 45 minute workout is super quick and you really enjoy doing it. Every day is a new tutorial, so it's never boring.😍😍

    Professional staff, well maintained, If you have physical fitness goal to achieve this is a place to be. Chris the owner is an amazing soul, caring, professional and passionate individual. My son and I have a great time at his gym. Highly recommend this place, love the protein shake as well 👌🏻

    This is a really good gym for everyone, whether you’re a bigger or been training for long time like myself, you will definitely see a progress in your body. The trainers are very caring, versatile and super knowledgeable about the whole concept of training and bodybuilding, rehab, and mobility. I’ve been working out for over 15 years, and I learned a lot of new techniques in only a few days of training with Chris. Highly recommend this gym if you’re looking to get in shape without getting yourself injured or waste your money and time on ordinary gym trainers without getting any results.
