great walk-in clinic that has the process down. super efficient and organized. just walk to the front and give your health card, phone number, and address. note: the receptionist will ask a reason for your visit but you can always say personal if you wish to not answer. just wanted to give this warning for people with social anxiety as the waiting area is right behind so people can hear your reason if they are listening. i arrived around 10am and the clinic already had around 9 other patients so plan accordingly. the waiting area is small (4 chairs) and most people just stand around so you are better off putting your name down and then coming back later. total wait for me was around 35 minutes. Dr Lei was friendly and efficient. he listened, asked the right questions, and clarified any concerns i had. i ended up getting the prescription filled right after the appointment at the pharmacy in the office. easy and efficient, rare for walk-in clinics so props to Westside.

The service is really fast but extremely inaccurate. The doctor just spends about 30 seconds with you and gives you an incorrect diagnosis. Dr. Sharifian told me to stay home for an entire week. I did my research and couldn't believe his diagnosis, so I went to the hospital and indeed that doctor was wrong. I could see he was spending just a few seconds with each patient. He didn't ask me any relevant questions that could help him find out what I had. If I hadn't gone to the hospital, I would have stayed home. I wonder if he has done the same to people who can't work from home so their income is affected thanks to a doctor that clearly doesn't care for his patients' well-being.

The receptionist was a sweetheart and made us laugh, it really brings up the mood when you’re in pain, I wish I asked for her name- she was wonderful. The clinic was clean, there was no wait time and Dr Sidi was absolutely amazing. I have been to many different doctors and very rarely have I felt so good after an appointment, she was very knowledgeable, patient, listened to all my concerns and gave the best suggestions. I am truly thankful that I found this clinic and can’t ever imagine wanting to see anyone else. Thank you so much!!

Pros: not too long of a wait time Cons: dr Babak Sharitian is a very efficient walk-in doctor cause he's paid per patient and trying his best to get as much as possible per his shift. Forgetting though that OHIP guarantees 15 min visit to each patient covered not 5. He rushes you out of the door, and quite rudely stops you from expressing all the concerns that brought you to a clinic that day. He needs to have a 15 min timer and provide the service he'd be paid for by the government instead of racing to get twice more money that he normally would

Terrible doctors and clinic. I went in to treat mycotoxins in my system (mold exposure - very common in Toronto) with a lab report and the doctor didn't even know what mycotoxins were. I explained it to him and he said we don't treat that. I asked where would I go to treat something like this? He said I don't know. We don't treat that at this clinic. I said fine, can you refer me to a specialist who can? Nope. I have no idea how you could treat that and can't recommend where you should go. He was quite literally baffled at the concept of treating a medical issue outside the scope of his 'normal' ailments. The medical system in Canada is a disgrace and the professional knowledge and care of doctors is pathetic. The clinic is also impossible to contact. I tried calling numerous times, no one picks up and there's no email address listed anywhere online. The only way you can contact the clinic is physically walking in, despite their phone number being plastered over their website inviting people to call.

You rarely see a walk-in clinic with good ratings. The ones closer to my home all averaged below 2.5 stars. This clinic is well organized, well staffed (two doc's working on a Sunday morning) and a pleasant environment. I was in and out in less than 45 mins, arriving around 9:30 and home an hour later. Dr. Lui was friendly and kind.

The ONLY reason this place is even getting 2* is because the Dr. Patel was great. Reception was pretty dismissive & NEVER answers the phone. I have been calling for the past three days to get in touch with the office to see if my results are in. I am now forced to physically walk in to check for my results? I was told I would’ve been notified two days ago of my results being ready. Don’t come to this office. It’s really not worth the run around.

This is the review you need to read......If you need results in a timley manner this is not the clinic for you. The clinics secretary staff does not answer the phone to follow up on an ultrasound that they themselves have ordered. You also cannot leave a message. The Dr. was great, however, the management of this clinic needs some serious revaluation. I had to spam call them 25 times for the secretary to finally answer. I had an ultrasound and received no follow up with the results OR any way of contacting them to receive my results. The only way was to make the trip to the office and sit there and get sick.

Well organized clinic! There were about 20 people waiting at 9am, and was seen within 90 minutes. The waiting room is very busy, reducing the number of visitors with the patient would be good. Dr. Patel was very patient and kind.

I had an excellent experience at this walk-in clinic – the best I've ever encountered. They are both efficient and kind. Arriving around 2:15, I was informed about a short break for the doctors, and willingly placed on a waitlist for the 3:15 return. The receptionist was exceptionally nice and helpful. Returning at 3:00, I only waited until 3:20 to be called into a room. The doctor was quick, going straight to the point, and I was in and out within 5 minutes. Though it took a bit longer for my sick note, the staff was accommodating. Note that they only accept cash, requiring a short trip to a nearby store for change. This clinic truly made me feel seen and heard, highly recommended even for those far from home – it's worth the brief wait.

Just left the clinic and wanted you to give them a shout out for the amazing service all around. Arrived 910 on a Sunday and it was pretty busy but I was seen after approx 50mins. Not bad for a walk in. Receptionists are very pleasant and Dr Liu was great!! Young guy very thorough in his assessment and explanation of options. Great experience overall highly recommend it

I absolutely love this walk-in clinic. I’m not a patient here but I do frequent this location when I’m unable to get an appointment with my doctor (I’d say maybe a total of 6-7 times now). Every time I’ve been here, the staff and doctors have always been the friendliest and efficient. Of course, it’s a walk in so you could expect a bit of a wait depending on the day but sometimes its as quick as 15min. The longest wait I’ve had was around an hour. I’ve never seen the same doctor but regardless of the rotation, every single doctor has heard me out and addressed my concerns. I always make the trip to this location even if there are others closer to my home. Couldn’t recommend this place more

Great and friendly walk in clinic. These things can be luck of the draw in terms of what you can expect but everyone makes it as easy as possible. In and out with filled prescription in hand, 1 hour

I’m not from Toronto visiting for the weekend, and chose this clinic due to its high Google rating, and I was not disappointed. Dr.Amar Patel what is professional, thorough, engaging and took the time to do a proper diagnosis. The waiting room was very busy but the receptionist said it’s a one hour wait time, so please come back in one hour, which I did had a cup of coffee next-door at the bakery and was seen fairly shortly there after. I would highly recommend this clinic was worth the extra distance to get to it. Thank you Dr. Patel.

Very unprofessional and unorganized including the doctor ( Dr. Babak Sharifian)I went to the clinic and they asked me to go inside after one hour in one of the room and I stayed there for 45 minutes and they forgot that I was in there when left there I waited for another half an hour for them to give me the perception. Even though it was not busy day.

Doing its job. The service is efficient, however, the waiting time is long, even when you come on time. The meeting with the physician lasted less than 2 minutes, I came just for a prescription, so wasn't expecting too much. If you’re uninsured be ready to pay out of pocket for everything, I paid 80 CAD for a visit. There's plenty of parking nearby at the plaza.

I recommend you to not go when rush time. I met 2 doctors in this clinic. the first doctor he gave me horrible experience with fast service. But next time other doctor I met she is super nice and really care about the patient.

I wouldn't trust the negative reviews here, cause this clinic is by far the best walk-in clinic in GTA. The receptionist was professional and kind, and had good energy even though its the end of the day. The doctor was nice and made me feel comfortable of what I had to say. Definitely a clinic I'd rely on. KEEP IT UP! YA'LL ARE DOING GREAT!

Waited 30 mins close to closing which wasn't bad compared to how many people were ahead of me. Consultation was less than 2 minutes, but I'm not mad at that. Doctor was friendly and to the point. Waited 10 mins for antibiotics. Pharmacist didn't charge me for thie 85 cents due after using my drug card. I insisted to pay but he kept saying its ok. I've never experienced this ever. lol But thank you. If you like to be in and out quick, this is the place for you.

I came to this clinic for the first time today and the staff and nurses plus the doctor were all very nice and sweet very caring very gentle when they treated me. the wait time was not that bad. I only waited 30 minutes but overall I recommend this place 10/10 so happy with my experience.

Expect to have a line up so might as well come early as much as possible. It was a nice and quick visit and unexpectedly bumped again with my former family doctor Lei Liu. Unfortunately, this is only a walk in clinic and he’s unable to be my family doctor again. Otherwise, He’s a great doctor, takes time to listen to your concerns and knowledgeable in his craft.

This is one of the best walk in clinics in the city. Everything is so organized and efficient. The receptionist is very sweet and the doctor was amazing, the way he listened to my concerns and gave importance to my preference. For anyone who is hesitant to visit a doctor or clinic, this is your spot because it feels absolutely comfortable when you visit this clinic.

Fast and efficient. You can tell the doctors want to see you quickly and get you out asap but if you insist on explaining the severity of your situation they will stick around and chat. I’ll be back if I need urgent walk in care :)

Don't waste your time visiting this clinic. If I could rate them 0 stars I would, but unfortunately that's not an option. After waiting at the clinic for over an hour, I was told by Dr. Amar Patel that he doesn't have time to answer my medical concerns and to come back another day. When I proceeded to ask the doctor if I need an appointment for him to answer my questions, he told me that I just need to walk-in again. Very poor service and care. Clearly this doctor does not care about the well-being of patients.

Definitely the best Walking clinic in the area. The receptionist and the Doctor are very friendly. Also, the waiting time for my appointment was remarkably short compared to others Walking clinics.

Really quick and efficient walk-in clinic. Staff is very helpful and nice. The patients are a little scary though, always looking for an argument!

Bad attention from Dr. Howaida Lotfallah Youssef I spent almost 3 hours waiting for them to attend me, all the people who arrived before and after me passed by. They made me go to a doctor's office and Dr. Howaida Lotfallah Youssef saw me sitting waiting and did not attend me; She treated 6 patients who arrived after me and left me waiting for 1 hour in the office. I went to talk to the receptionist and she talked to Dr. Howaida Lotfallah Youssef to see me, she spent a long time and she didn't see me. There was a couple waiting to be treated who had entered after me and Dr. Howaida Lotfallah Youssef entered to treat them and then she treated me, when she treated me she did it in a bad way, she was going to read me the results of some exams and She tells me I see everything is fine and she told me later that I had a bacterium and I told her that I had undergone a treatment months before to treat that bacterium. But she does not give me any solution, she does not send me medicine and she does not give me the order do another exam, I had to go to the receptionist and she went to talk to the doctor and doctor Howaida Lotfallah Youssef stared at me annoyed and told me what are you waiting and I told her that the order for the exam and some time later she got it send it to the receptionist so she can deliver it to me.

I’ve been here a few times and it’s one of best walk in clinics that I have ever been to in Toronto! I find with walk in clinics they can be very touch and go, but I feel their healthcare team treats you like one of their own and listens to your problems! 🥰

My visit was quite seamless, encompassing the entire process in approximately 2 hours, from registration as a new patient to receiving medication. Upon arrival at 9 AM, the clinic was already bustling with patients. We waited for about 20 minutes to complete registration, after which the receptionist suggested we step outside and return in 30 minutes. Conveniently, there was a supermarket nearby to pass the time. Upon returning, we waited around 10 minutes before being ushered into the consultation room. Dr. Babak Sharifian was friendly and amiable, and the consultation only lasted a few minutes. We then proceeded to the reception to collect the medication sheet and headed to the in-house pharmacy to make the payment.

READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE COMING HERE. Never went worst clinic!! I’m worried I might have diabetic so went here and waited 3 hours waiting and doctor only took 1-3mins checking on you he does not care. I ask for blood test and did blood work here after days the test result came a Doctor from Dyna Care call me at 1am at night told me I’m on critical result and had high level of potassium and had to go on ER hospital directly. I was very worried and panic a doctor calling at midnight is serious. Me and my husband took day off but afterwords long emotional and tough day cuz I thought I’m having a kidney failure thank goodness everything’s normal. WASTE TIME AND ENERGY because the wrong way of assistant who took my blood test. I never had bad reviews took me a while to decide but there is amount of people that complains as well don’t take test from here either they mess up or you have to go on clinic cuz they never answer the phone and took forever to get back to you.
