I was seen for a Brazilian lymphatic drainage massage on Oct 17, 2023. The massage was incredible and my RMT was so knowledgeable and friendly. I wanted to write this post because of her. She actually helped point out something was wrong on her assessment and recommended I go get further testing and investigations. It turned out that I had a large pelvic mass that would have gone untreated without her sharp eye. I don’t remember her name (from all that’s going on) but she saved my life. No words can express my gratitude! I just wished I remembered her name!

My husband had an appointment last Friday for a deep tissue massage lasting an hour or $135.60. Despite some comments, I said to myself we will try anyway, but my husband was very disappointed. Already at the base, he had asked for an appointment for Friday 4 p.m. A few days later, we received a call from the institute to come at 3:30 p.m. It didn't suit us, but my husband accepted. D-day arrived and my husband could not arrive on time since he had originally chosen 4 p.m. So he arrived at 3:50 p.m. The masseur stopped the massage at 4:30 p.m. For me it is literally stealing. That you have other appointments after I can understand that. In these cases, you reschedule another appointment to respect what we paid for. He wanted to fix you and in the end it is he who loses. And I'm not even talking about the massage which was pathetic. He still hurts. My husband told him where he was in pain but he did not once insist on the painful area. My husband didn't want a story so he didn't say anything. I would have caused a scandal. In short, I do not recommend this place.

Always a great atmosphere upon arrival. Not abrasive on the senses (especially for myself, who is light sensitive). Friendly reception staff to make you feel comfortable and can go over any details prior to your appointment. The massage therapists always go over your submitted sheets and ask about any particular spots you'd like more work on. November and December are the busy season, as everyone wants to use the rest of their benefit plans, so book as soon as you can! They also email an insurance receipt for your benefit plan!!!

I had the most relaxing Swedish massage here. Jennifer did an amazing job. I’m writing this the next day and I still have that after massage therapeutic feeling. The receptionists are always pleasant and inviting. This will definitely be my go to spot.

Sharon is an amazing massage therapist. For the first time I can move my neck side by side completely. Unfortunately, Those receptionists that I dealt with were not helpful and prevent me from going there again. I asked for the bill but they asked me to leave and the bill was emailed to me. I got home and checked my email and saw that they rounded the fee up and charged me more than the bill they issued!

Was running late and couldn’t get my time and moneys worth and still had to pay. Policy on website said I would be charged however , does say they would try to accommodate customers if running late. Receptionist was a bit aggressive and blaming on how massage therapist needs to get paid whether I’m late or not which is understandable just wish I was accommodated for my full time, told me to discuss with manager .. unfortunate but massage was overall amazing Jennifer was gentle and helped sooth my pregnancy pains.

The massage itself was a relaxing and enjoyable time for me and my boyfriend. However, the way they promote or sell the packages is not clear enough and that made us spend twice what we have already paid from the gift certificate that we prepaid a few months back. The overall experience was enjoyable in terms of the massage but we left annoyed by the fact that we had to pay for a whole other reservation because they don't promote clearly how their packages work. In our case was for the couple's massage Swedish package. Disappointing exiting for us.

Kinga is the best! Seline at reception and everyone else at Bloor and Runnymede location are fantastic. The level of service, care, healing and relaxation that I enjoyed here is unparalleled. Will miss you guys. Hope you open a location in Alberta :) all the best.

Clean and modern. I had several prenatal massages with Thi Dien and it was absolutely amazing. She taught me so many things and I am grateful for her amazing work.

My first visit was lovely! The booking process was great, the location itself offers free parking and accessible entrance with an elevator option, the reception area was the star of the show with complimentary fresh fruit water with glassware, branded bottled water, and nice chocolates. I was in the “Diamond Room” which was calm and relaxing. After my first appointment (Indian Scalp Massage - 30 Min with Lana) I booked 4 more treatments!

Very professional massage clinic . I was impressed by Veronica’s exercise recommendations from my hockey injury on my first visit . I will definitely book other sessions . Martin

I just love love the recent renovations at the salon! Wow, it looks so luxurious and modern! I had a deep tissue massage with Jennifer today. She was super attentive to my areas of concern and corrected the discomfort with her technique and the right pressure. I booked her again for the next month. I had a 60-minute massage scheduled at 1 pm. My massage didn't start until 1:10 pm but finished at 2:01 pm sharp, so it was more of a 50-min massage. We also had a pause because apparently there was no oil in the room.

Beautiful spa in a convenient location. Lots of treatments available - from massage to facials. The lobby is gorgeous, with a relaxing and tranquil vibe. I visited for a massage, and unfortunately the RMT was slightly rushed and running behind. Cost is a bit higher than average, so view this as more of a special occasion. Ample parking out front and close to Cloverdale mall.

I had the absolute most horrible experience at this location we had an emergency and my two elderly parent(that were in pain) who took taxi to come (living far from this location) and came for massage and got lost so they end up showing up 15 min late they were sent back and charged us 100 dollars. They are so inconsiderate after explaining to my situation they told me your case is not an emergency and our massage therapist needs to be paid so they decided to take money anyway so they can pay their contractors, even-though we had 15 min left they still took it and charged us with the amount. Also…..The receptionist lied about me and my concern letting know the manager I was okay with fines. Why would i be okay with fines. I asked for the CEO of this company and was told she is just travelling around and does not speaks with anyone. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Edit #2: had a follow-up visit with Veronica, as recommended by the GM. This experience was very positive and she is very attentive, strong and performs deep tissue with sports therapy which is exactly what I need. +1 star. I only refrain from a 5 star due to their price..$135 should be inclusive of tax as this is very expensive and I've been to good Yorkville spas. Otherwise their service is A+. Edit: the General Manager was in touch with me following my original review and has taken numerous steps to address all of my original concerns below. I am very impressed and may give them another shot. Some more feedback: ability to book appointments/self-serve (i.e. Janeapp) versus the current request to book option or calling the office. General manager has taken this feedback into consideration. +1 star Original review: Customer service was top notch but the actual massage was lacking. I'm a weightlifter and on purpose don't visit massage that often as you do need tension to safely lift and see results. Pei was a typical judgmental therapist telling me to stop lifting because I was too tight. That's not necessary, just perform the massage please. Knocking off 1 star for that. While the first half was therapeutic with good strength the second half was disappointing and not enough force. Knocking off another star for that. Disappointing at the massage and the unnecessary remarks. Also the prices on the site are out of date or they are not showing the gross cost after tax. Site says $120 for 60 min deep tissue and I was charged $135. Show the full gross cost please or update your prices on the site. Knocking off a star for that. Not worth the price for the frills. Looks like I'll have to go out of my way to my former therapist in downtown Toronto who charges the same but is way better. The other therapy place doesn't employ two full time receptionists and doesn't need the extra frills. It's the quality of the massage that matters. Was hoping to find something closer to my home, so far 0/3 in Etobicoke. :(

I’ve been here 3 times for a deep tissue massage and I’ll never go anywhere else. Everyone one of them provided me with good tips to go home with, and explained what was causing my issues. Great employees, really nice people.

Cozy and inviting environment. Very polite and professional receptionists. I had a 60 min Swedish massage. The therapist Mamiko was amazing. She did a wonderful job and I felt very relaxed and refreshed.

OMG body and soul is the best place I have visited. The staff is super friendly, the owner is amazing and puts so much effort to ensure your service and the products are the right for you. 5 stars doesn't do this place justice, I would give them 10 stars for their service, atmosphere and attention to detail.

All the therapists are wonderful .. they really take their time into making you feel better with your body .. calming all the aches and pains. It smells so nice and it’s very relaxing and peaceful.. highly recommend! The pressure is great with any of the therapist ..
